Good location. Walking distance to One Ninman and Maya mall. 7-11 and lotus supermarket are nearby. There are a lot of places for dining along the way to One Ninman.

Excellent location, staff were fabulous and extremely attentive. Rooms were clean and beautifully decorated and smelled fresh with fragrance each day. Breakfast was included and was excellent. Roof top pool and small gym was perfect for our holiday.

The rooftop pool is small and is lacking shades. But perhaps it is not advisable to put umbrellas on the roof as they can blow down.

We stayed 3 nights and then rented a motorcycle and did the Mae Hong Son loop for 6 days. As we couldn’t take all of our luggage with us the hotel stored it for 6 days and then we came back and stayed another 3 nights. When we arrived our luggage was already in our new room. I like when hotel staff thinks ahead and anticipates your needs.

The cocktail bar opens at 6:30pm. Would be great if cocktail bar opened earlier, say 5pm for drinks at sundown. Otherwise the cocktail bar is excellent. The pillows are quite high; I don’t think a pillow menu is needed :) but it would be great if the hotel offered a high and a low pillow option. Otherwise the beds are very comfortable!

Bed a little too hard. The cocktail bar on the roof is nothing of the sort. Just a basic poolside bar which ironically only opens after they close the pool. The hotel would do better to just extend the pool hours given it is rooftop.

The suite is very spacious and good value. Location great proximity for good restaurants, cafes, etc but on a quiet street. No issues with noise. Rooftop pool very refreshing and often empty. Shame it closed by 5pm though. Good a/c and Wifi

Swimming pool wasn't warm and didn't have a vibe to use. Plugs in room was inconvenient for kettle e.g no plugs that appropriate other than bedside Breakfast variety wasn't great nor coffee compared to coffee shops in area

Staff was attentive and responsive throughout. I arrived earlier and they kept my bags and put it in room once it was available so I can go about my day location is great it's the new hipster area so Very lively but wasn't too loud despite the late night clubs and buzzing nightlife Bed was amazing compared to other hotels slept like a baby for first time in long time

The room could be cleaner as the tops of the closets were dusty! It is a pity that the bathrooms especially are not maintained well. The water in both the bathrooms didn't drain well. In the main bathroom, the door knob was loose, the toilet seat cover was loose and even the handle to the glass door to the shower was loose! The walls could also be cleaner.

The room was spacious, and the main bed was comfy. The extra bed was OK. The room also has two bathrooms which was a bonus as we had 3 adults sharing the premium room. The location is really good if you are looking to stay in the Ninmanheim area where there are plenty of food places to try. The receptionist Waan(?) Is very helpful and very smiling.

Large 2 bedroom apartment with a good kitchen area. Pool was small but views of the beautiful mountains. Great location, walking into the Nimman area with lots of great places to eat.
