Bathrooms still need a deep clean and some insect spray

This is the second time I stayed here because it's really a great place to stay. The staff are really nice and the place is really spacious and quiet.

The bathroom could use a deep cleaning and a some insect spray to get rid of the the small ants which find their way even to the 5th floor

The staff are amazing, the hotel provides a shuttle to the a few points which is very useful as it's not in Very convenient location . The room is well equipped and spacious and it's in a nice quiet area.

The WiFi was not always the best, but if you snap a pic of all their WiFi networks and passwords at the reception, you can always switch to one that works better in the moment.

Entire one bedroom apartment for a very good price. Great value for money. They provide a free shuttle to four different popular drop off locations in the center. Very helpful staff. Very good breakfast included with the room. You can choose one complete breakfast off the menu and it is prepared fresh for you.

My main issues were location and my TV didn't work (kept going to blue screen). There are no places within walking distance, but motorcycle taxis were inexpensive.

Location little far about 1 km from the city. It is walkable distance in the evening or morning but not on sunny day. For this reason, they have provided a tuk tuk for ferrying people or you can order cab. No convenience store nearby. The closest 7eleven is about 1 km. The hotel has stored some day to day items for selling.

Very good breakfast. Rooms are cleaned and towels changed every day. Very courteous staff. The place is good for long stays and for families.

Rented in a Condo but wasn't told so no reception as such key was with security which was ok for late arrival.Just ment no daily water or towels only every 3 days & we were there 6 so had one clean!

Good size room/bathroom,small kitchen & balcony!Wifi!Nice clean pool!Close to beach & night Markets Thurs-Sunday,7-11,massage,Blu Point mall where buses depart 5 minutes to city centre!

The washing machine was showing it's age, I had a couple of issues with it. But that's the only thing, everything else was fantastic and I would stay there again.

The shuttle service to the local supermarket and Ekkamai BTS was fantastic, I used it many times during my stay. The free breakfast option was great and the dinner option was as well. The staff were always helpful and friendly.

The room was too old, absolutely not like in the pictures, the AC units were so dirty, the air was coming out with a dusty smell, it shouldn't be like that. The washing machine on the balcony was working but it was covered with a layer of dirt. The room was't cleaned properly, I found the condom cover in the drawer

The staff was great and very helpful. The girl who was making the breakfast voluntarily was bringing it to my room. The accommodation was far but you can always use the shuttle

No complaints except the bathroom sink plug was broken, and I was not able to get it out, no big deal as there was a second sink in the kitchen area.

the room was actually more like a small apartment, with a bedroom, bathroom, lounge room, 2 balconies, a small kitchen style area with microwave and kettle, 2 AC units. it was good value for the size of the room. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful, some not so much. I was given Breakfast both days which I wasnt aware I got but it was welcome addition and helped start the day. There was a free shuttle bus that ran every 30 minutes through the day to a few different points a few km away from the hotel.

Out of the 6 times I've stayed here, once I got a room where there was a smell in the drain but they gave me a new room immediately.

Spacious and clean. Had 2 aircons, one in the bedroom and one in the hall with a sliding door between. Perfect for me, as i can't use an Aircon which is blowing onto the bed while sleeping. The walk to Ekamai bus station is about 20-25 minutes and there is s free shuttle on t request every 30 minutes which takes about 10 minutes. Checkin is possible also if you arrive at the airport way after midnight.

Really quite old. But still fine. Far from shops and BTS. But they have shuttle bus every 1 hour.

Super quiet envirment. Very confortable mattress. Fast wifi internet. Very good for sleeping. Have kitchenette.

WiFi needs to be improved and also the bad smell emitted from the toilet.

I really liked the location. It was a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle. The room was splendid and we really enjoyed our stay at the suite. Staff were fantastic as well. I will definitely return to this place.

The rooms are tired/old. Sofa had bad stains felt not clean. Microwave had old food in it! Sink did not drain took time blocked somewhere, also no sink plug.
