Beautiful property right on fishermans village walking street, pool was beautiful and beach and beach bar well kept and relaxing. Smooth check in process and we got an upgrade to oceanfront room which was very very nice. This hotel had the nicest and most comfortable balcony than any other hotel ive been in thailand. The balcony also has a fan ceiling fan which was a major plus.

More storage, the tiny wardrobe between 2 isn’t enough, and the room has plenty of space for more furniture. Please can you get a woman in to sort the lighting. There is no mirror without a down lighter above - you try doing your make up when you can keep my just see your face! The wooden plinths around the bed are begging for unsuspecting ankles to bash into them & late night loo trip bruising. Not user friendly. Charge sensible rates for your space, no one will use it when the spa’s on the strip are so cheap & great quality. I know I’m being picky but these are easy to sort & would improve the customer experience hugely.

Beautiful views, amazing pool and clean, spacious rooms. HUGE glass shower in the centre of the room. Steps from restaurants & bars & the Fisherman’s Village. A good breakfast with some items & coffees prepared to order. We hired a car through the hotel - easy, reasonable price (£40 for the day), great car. Do drive round Koh Samui, it’s easy & mainly one circular road. We went into the mountains - great fun but you can’t get across, the road was too poor on the top. I’d recommend this hotel, we’d stay again. Near to the airport but no noise etc.

Nothing, wish we had a few more nights there.

The whole atmosphere is outstanding, from the room to the swimming pool and all around, the staff are super friendly and helpful, we couldn't imagine that this hotel would be that good and leave us with such a great taste, we surly be back to there once we come to Thailland again. Highly recommended!

- Late check in 15:00. - The shower smelled like a public urinal (had to cover the drain with a towel, that helped) & did not bother to move cause I only stayed 2 nights. - Restaurant/Breakfast had large variety but not 5 star quality.

- Bed, linen and pillows were a dream to sleep in. - I was upgraded to the XL room - a must! Beautiful and spacious. - The balcony was huge and with amazing views. - The hotel is a few steps (literally) from the Fishermen village with lots of restaurants.

*Prices at the pool bar were a bit high. *We had a small issue with a taxi ordered via the hotel, but they took responsibility and compensated which is very appreciated.

*The location is very good - right on the beach, 2 mins walk to the night market in the fishermen village. *The room was spacious, clean, fun shower and had a beautiful sea view.

Pool could be cooler (not refreshing because like a bathtub), ac was not able to be controlled in room and the cycling made it sometimes too cool and som too warm. Breakfast was pretty sad - service mixed (friendly but very confused (orders regularly bright to incorrect tables and sometimes very slow). Food quality was not very good, especially for this caliber of hotel. We stayed at 2-3 star hotels on this trip to Thailand with better Thai and Western food options than the (4 or 5 start) Hansar. In particular the egg dishes were a bit odd and not very appealing and the noodle dishes plain and not very fresh. I recommend revamping the restaurant/food service program. We had a shrimp appetizer at the bar and it tasted frozen/not fresh. We chose not to dine at the resort restaurants for dinner based on these experiences.

The location is great- right next to coco Tams and the Fisherman’s market. The infinity pool is beautiful as are the rooms and architecture/design of the building. Bar service and drinks at a the beach bar were excellent, however and we loved the early happy hour from 2-4.

Air con didn’t work properly in one of our rooms for the last 24 hours so it was quiet warm in the room, the bedrooms need more privacy for the shower and toilets (to be fair all the hotels have been the same)

3 flights of stairs poor lighting, limited hand rails.no chairs in the room, only one deep drawer. All surfaces are very low, knee height, water flow from the shower weak.plus side the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Room service was great too

We loved the pool area and breakfast restaurant. The shower in the room was exceptional and the balcony and views were also great. The pool bar was also good and the happy hours at the pool were keeping us coming back at least twice a day.

The hotel messed up our transfer and never showed up at the airport to pick us up. But turned out it was 200 baht cheaper to just get a taxi instead of the hotels transfer.

The location is amazing, the view is gorgeous and the vibe is just so relaxing. Breakfast was good with plenty of options as fresh fruit, salads, pastries, thai dishes, omelettes and pancakes. Pool area is super chill with lots of sun beds, stunning views and a cute pool side bar. 2 pool tables, 1 ping pong table and other games available. They also set up tables on the beach for dinner which was a nice surprise. They served the best phad thai I had in Thailand during these 16 days.

No lift - 40 steps up and 40 down every time we left the room. Lack of tours here - we enquired at desk only private boat hire at 26,000 TB for half day and 32,000TB for full day. Exorbitant. All wood finishings throughout hotel badly maintained.

Brilliant location - right on the beach with a fantastic pool. The view from our room was just stunning (1312) on the third floor overlooking the pool and the beach. Walking distance to night markets and local beach clubs and restaurants. Super breakfasts.
