Matress was a little bit hard even though I generally like a firmer bed. Shower head did not quite sit right on the wall. Very minor things, the location, wonderul view and staff more then make up for this.

Beautiful clean room on the water, just like in the photos. Lovely staff and perfect location by the quiet and charming old town. Great value for money.

The room gives off 90's vibes but the service was absolutely great - very clean apartment, exceptional daily cleaning services, new towels everyday, sheets changed every two days. Definitely one of the cleanest rentals in Thailand! Necessary toiletries at one's disposal as well as hairdryer. Complimentary bottles of water in the fridge given everyday as well as an electric kettle and bunch of instant coffees/tees. The room is equipped both with AC and a fan. Very helpful owner - always at our disposal. If asked, he helps to arrange bike rental, one day trips and laundry. The owner greeted us with fresh fruit which was super lovely! The mattress was a tad hard. The hotel is based right next to the Old Town main street. One thing you need to bear in mind when booking one of the rooms is that they are located right above the water which means dealing with low/hight tide which not only means lack of water from time to time but also laud noises when the inflow happens. Nonetheless it was one of our best experiences in Thailand. We highly recommend it! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Bathroom should get some more love and be renovated. Private parking is possible but only for motorbikes. And no roof cover for the parking.

Perfect location to see old town and to go on the boat tours on offer from the pier. Awesome bars and restaurants around and the locals are super lovely.. the room was clean and comfortable with fresh bottles of water everyday along with housekeeping and our sheets were changed despite us only staying 3 nights. The views are lush and the tide coming in under the property is magical. Very quiet with the call to prayer heard from the local mosque. The perfect relaxing three nights. The hosts were super friendly and gave us tips about renting a scooter they keep to themselves but you are made to feel ever so welcome. 10/10 would return when planning on visiting old town again.

Exceptional. Everything about this hotel and the people who run it was outstanding. The hotel is located in Old Town which is a nice alternative for those looking for something different to the usual beach scene. It is two minutes walk to the heart of Old Town walking street (but most places are). Five minute walk to the pier for the 4 Islands tour. Our seaview room was very clean, modern, well equipped and spacious. Then there is the ocean view, literally sitting on top of the water at high tide with the waves gently washing under your room. Wi Fi was excellent and the location was very quiet, especially at night. And the two older couple that run the hotel are the most delightful couple we have ever met in Thailand. Extremely lovely and helpful and are very proud of their hotel. Their Grandson Fim is a polite young man who was always around to assist when we needed anything, particularly when language may have been difficult with the owners. Fim even came to the hotel on a day off to arrange a late check out for us. We had one problem with our air con and they couldnt fix it fast enough. Incredible property, service, outlook and location. Highly recommend.

Not having anywhere close to swim, that's about it. With a small swimming pool, it would be perfect. I was aware of this, and enjoyed being in the mangroves for a few days, for the peace and quiet and the wildlife, and scenery.

The spectacular view, the great food close by. The charm. The staff were very friendly, and actually helped us generously with a heavily discounted taxi on the way out. The wildlife. The peace and quiet.
