We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ChinaThe breakfast could have a wider variety, however, the food was tasty and the breakfast venue was delightful as we enjoyed the pool area as we ate.
The breakfast was and sufficient and adequate. However, the grounds and pool areas were beautiful to walk around and relax in. The staff were very happy and very helpful. It made our stay very pleasant. Great hotel as it was well suited to couples or families of different ages. Thank you.

United KingdomGuests from certain nationalities buying alcohol from supermarkets and just sitting being rowdy with no respect for other guests. There are plenty of bars in the hotel to use. They should not be allowed to buy cheap drinks from outside to consume on the hotel premises.
Location and the room was very nice. Great service from all staff.

AustraliaSome of the facilities were closed for our entire stay (one pool was entirely drained, the second poolside bar was closed) however given we came in the off-peak season, it was understandable as it wasn’t too busy at the facilities that were available.
Rooms were comfortable and well sized for the price. Staff were excellent, friendly, and always helpful! Swim-up bar served great drinks and the food was high quality.

United Statessee above (or below) one thing to mention is lots of extra space in the deluxe room that they could have added more furniture to.
I don't like rating hotels poorly when they didn't do anything to me and if nothing is out of order. the place is fine, it's just a 10 minute walk to the beach in either direction because of the huge sea wall and Club Meds huge footprint. and the breakfast is mediocre besides the station making omelettes etc. but I won't rate them badly because I got about what I expected besides the walk to the sea time.

United KingdomCovid probably caused huge problems for this establishment reflected in some hasty staff training taking place. The breakfast buffet was occasionally very understocked but after mentioning this to reception things improved. The egg station started preparing bacon and pancakes on request. The very worst thing was badly designed room doors which required a hefty slam to close thus disturbing other guests at all hours. A true failing which should be addressed as a priority.
Only partially open due to lack of bookings I would say probably about a fifth of the rooms. A few teething problems as I imagine this is a soft reopening. The rooms are nice and spacious with good balconies. Ground maintenance was taking place as a priority. 4 lovely swimming pools and not difficult to get a whole pool to yourself. Staff very keen to please. So pleased overall that I had a 20 day stay extended from 4!

AustraliaResort is looking a little tired, flaking paint and cracks in concrete. Bathroom grout was not clean at all. For a big resort the breakfast was woeful. It is not an American buffet style breakfast at all. Not once did we see hash browns or bacon nor an egg or omelette station. Eggs were sitting under a heat lamp but were always cold. No options for vegan, gluten free or milk alternatives. If you like ham (spam) sitting in hot water then this is the buffet for you! 2 types of cereal. A few pasties. Even the Thai breakfast options were average. Most of the front desk staff had limited English. We probably would not stay again.
We stayed in the pool access room which was lovely. Nice beds and comfy pillows. Location is great, heaps of bars, restaurants, shops, markets around. About 6 min walk to the beach. Pools were nice and clean. Cocktail pool bar was nice.

United KingdomI am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at kata sea breeze. Not only was the staff unhelpful, but their policies regarding lost keys are exorbitant and unreasonable. After my room key came off their flimsy key ring, they had the audacity to charge me a staggering 1,500 bhat for just a replacement key that cost them 495 bhat (i goggled the product code) I had all the key ring. The lack of empathy and understanding from the management is astounding. The hotel is very dated The shower is terrible, going from boiling hot to freezing cold every few seconds. It has a 80% occupancy of Russians. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy being taken advantage of.

AustraliaOutdated hotel, hard bed, you can hear everything from other rooms like someone having loud sex, kids and adults screaming to each other. Really bad customer service since we had to wait to get to our room for more than 30 minutes because the housekeeper kept saying ask reception and vice versa.
Good water pressure, but the shower in the bathtub wasn't enjoyable. Good playroom for the kids.
