Great property with cute pool. Right across the beach. We had an amazing breaky included in our package . Many restaurants and bars in walking distance . Hired scooters . Loved our stay so much we extended twice . We will be back.

They don't take credit card only cash for the room payment. They want to keep your passport or 5,000 baht if you rent a bike from them even though you are staying at their hotel. If you turn up for breakfast after 9am the cooked Thai food is cold and nearly all gone

The location is one of the best in the area with the beach just across the road. Small and friendly hotel especially Miss Aff who helped with motorcycle rental. The pool is small but was very clean and never crowded. After reading some negative reviews I was worried about staying here. We had a deluxe room B3 upstairs. Basic but everything worked and was reasonably clean. The bed and bedding were fine. The garden is small but well maintained with lovely trees creating extra shade. The other guests were also very nice. We would probably stay here again if we come back to Koh Lanta next year.

The facility needs some renovation / upgrades. Small things would make a big difference. For example, there were small wholes on the door and terrace chairs were broken. New bedsheets needed - one had a big whole when we arrived but was changed on request. Also, we had to ask for something pretty much everyday after the room had been done: towel, coffee, water, cups etc. Staff was kind but often we had to ask for something several times or it didn't happen. There was water outage for hours one evening. Could add some instructions on pool etiquette by the pool: now people reserving sunbeds (and there weren't many) for the whole day without never actually appearing there.

Good location within the Klong Nin beach and also convenient location within the whole island. Small but clean pool. Lovely setting for breakfast right by the sea. Breakfast was nothing special but sufficient for us including fresh fruits and eggs of choice. Good sound proofing - no noises during the night. Organizing trips via the hotel worked well. Overall, no luxury but ok value for the price.

Not worth the price. Bedding wasnt clean and the pillow cases not washed/replaced. The duvet wasnt changed/washed/replaced. Behind the bed a lot of dust and spider webs. Property is aging and not looked after. Very sad for such a great place.

Right across the road from beach, could hear the waves from my room/patio. Large room, comfy bed, good AC, lovely staff. Was low season, so their resto across at the beach was closed but was still a fantastic spot for sunset-watching. There are many food stalls, a few restos/cafes, and a 7-11 nearby. Pool was wonderful.

Property needs some updating and our room was leaking when it rained. There’s no breakfast.

Staff was amazing, so kind. We had the family room which is basically two rooms joined together so it’s really big with two bathrooms. View of the pool. Pool is small but nice. The pool was very small and only designed for 'cooling off', not for doing laps!

This friendly 'resort' was in an excellent location, just across the road from the beach. They had scooters for hire. It was within easy walking distance of local places to eat and shop. We hired a scooter for ThB 250 (?) a day and rode down to the Old Town of Koh Lanta, which had charm and in my view worth a visit. It was only about a 25 min ride from the resort. The National Park on the east coast took much the same amount of time to reach by scooter, although the main beach there was a little rocky. The beach just across the road from the resort was perfect (without rocks!) and free seats and umbrellas were provided. The taxi from the ferry cost only ThB 200 per person and was arranged by the resort.

Nothing significant to talk about.

Good location, few steps to the beach, to small street market, to 7eleven, to massages, restaurants, lot of small shops. In the middle of Ko Lanta, so good starting point to southern beaches or elephant sanctuary (recommend to visit, stunning experience), also to the north to bigger street markets, some piers, also to the other side of the island to Old town. Seafront resort has a small but nice swimming pool, ideal for relax after trips etc. I can't say anything about hotel restaurant, I didn't use it. We stayed on Lanta 9 days, for us enough to see all interesting on Lanta, but also for longer stay is Lanta and Seafront resort cool.
