The location is very center of the BBK, and closed to night club which is I was not comfortable with it.

The pool needs some enhancements. It looks dated.

What makes this me and partner's hotel of choice are due to (1) location - it is in the lively area of Silom, (2) staff - they are very accommodating, friendly and helpful, and (3) outstanding breakfast buffet.

A little bit expensive..

It's a stylish modern hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly. The breakfast was fantastic, and although it was busy in the breakfast hall, it did not feel that way. I must mention Khun Ploy in the breakfast hall who was amazing! Very happy with my stay

I know this is very old fashioned but I told the girl at reception my room didn't have a room service menu and she directed me to the pamphlet provided with one of those square code boxes that need to be scanned. I had a scanning app on my phone (which I had never used) so gave it a try and found the Hotel's Room Service quite easily. But to be honest, there's nothing quite like browsing a 'proper' menu when deciding to eat in, and it doesn't have to be a multi-page technicolor gold embossed leather bound tome. A simple printed page (or two) would be totally acceptable.

Having conciege deliver my 'lost luggage' after it was delivered by Air India (early on day 2) was a definate plus. Breakfast was very nice although somewhere between the kitchen and my room the scrambled eggs I ordered morphed into an omellete, which was also very nice.

What makes this a perfect place to stay are the location and the staff. The hotel is erected in Silom area where night market and other activities are just 3-10 mins away. Moreover the staff are the best. They always make themselves available. They are truly accommodating

My recommendation would be a supervisor or room checker who is also checking the corners of the room after household staff is making up the room. This might be another step from a very good hotel to an excellent hotel. It could also be an excersize for the GM. That would be a shortcut to improvement.

The Le Meridien is a very good hotel in Surawong road. Plenty of Restaurants, street foods and massage parlour in the neighberhood. However the area still did not fully recover from the effects on businesses by Covid pandemic.

Very few vegetarian meal options especially the dinner time. Breakfast was still fine. For dinner we had to go out and have our meal at a nearby restaurant.

The room was good. Check in and out was smooth.

Clean, great airco, comfy bed, room service cleaned our room everyday before noon (which is nice and quick), the pool was a nice refreshing dip in the heat of bangkok, the location is reasonably close to Patpong (if you want) and not too far from a metro and bts station (about a 10 minute slow walk). Whilst Bangkok is noisy, the room was quiet. Breakfast was a wonderful spread and the staff were all super friendly. Would stay again.
