No WiFi except in the reception room so unable to use WiFi in the garden or bed rooms. Too hot during the day time. Impossible to stay in the garden.

Nice staffs. A big Garden by the river. Rare mosquitos. Clean bathrooms n toilets. Comfort bed n Fresh air in the bungllow.

The property has 2 dogs, approached and barked at guest, sometimes.

This place is near perfect for it's prices, frequently stay there, like it a lot. The garden by the Ping River is beautiful.

Not always toilet paper and because I had to checkout early I was unable to collect my deposit for the key.

Great quiet location, walkable to the train station, night market and old city. Staff was super helpful and friendly and there’s were lots of common facilities to use.

Location is okey, actually prefer to stay in the south or north of the “square”. I was sleeping in the dorm… smelled a lot of weed and you can hear everything from the common area just outside the door. Also no place for storage, but the outdoor tents and beds looked nice.

Good price! The atmosphere is absolutely amazing, only nice and chill vibes. Clean toilets.

Toilets were extremely dirty, with one one toilet seat out of 4 working during our stay; water pressure in one of the two showers was also terrible

It is about a 10 minute walk from one of the main night markets, and it is very good value for money if you’re not too bothered about comfort.

The toilets were kept clean, however one wasnt working at the time of stay (they were trying to repair I think though!) Showers were mostly clean but could have been a little cleaner.

The location was very good, easily accessible to the centre of chiang mai and situated on a really beautiful location on the River. There is lots of space to sit out by the river and enjoy the surroundings. Loved the fact you could choose to sleep in or outside (outside was full so unfortunately I couldn't but oh well!) Would stay again.

Not a great location. Ground level dorms coudl have AC, as the place is pretty hot and humid.

I stayed at this accommodation for 4 days 4 years ago and 10 days this time. Although I was satisfied with my stay,but my impressions got worse when I found out that the owner of the place was a man who acted like a long-term guest and spent time seducing almost every woman who visited. Although it is not a legal issue, it does not seem to be the moral attitude of the accommodation operator.

Located by the river, it is a great place to relax. Talk to good travelers at the cabin by the river. The service is excellent for the price, and the staff is friendly.

I it’s a little bit outside the city center but that’s not really a problem. Maybe not the most clean, but also did not see this as a problem it was a really great place to stay in Chang Mai.

We had a great stay here, super affordable, and definitely worth it. Fun experience to stay in a bungalow with a mosquito net. Nice facilities and had laundry services too. The fan keeps you cool all night

If you stay in the bed by the river, you must take a sleeping mask with you. The curtains are wholly inadequate at blocking out the sun and you will be woken in the early hours. The walk to the old town is a bit of a drag. The bathrooms can be a bit yucky.

You're here because the experience has caught your eye. It certainly is an experience, I found it quite peaceful sleeping just by the river at night. There are mosquito nets and fans in each bed, and a good deal of space for luggage storage. The mosquitos would give this place a 10/10 rating for the steady supply of food it provides, be mindful at night and as you venture closer to the river. Cool dog.
