Staff, especially those in the restaurant, were fantastic. So friendly and helpful, really wanting to ensure we were taken care of well. We loved having the pool to cool off in after a long, hot day out in the city, too. Excellent location and a real gem of a hotel in the city.

Location and pool. After a long day of exploring Bangkok, nothing was better than hopping into the pool to cool off! Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was clean with lots of space. Highly recommend!

Amazing place to stay especially after a long haul flight. It is incredibly calm and relaxing hotel in busy Bangkok. Rooms are really comfortable, AC works great and pool is excellent. We will be back soon!

Friendly staff, big room and good location. Staff is very helpful with recommendations and we went back at the end of our Thailand trip for a second visit. We were even allowed to leave our coats behind as we definitely didn’t need those across Thailand with 37+ degrees. Pool looked great and nice coffee downstairs.

When we arrived, we were provided with an upgrade to a suite. This was so generous and the room was super spacious and had a HUGE bath tub. The housekeepers were brilliant every day, and staff were so helpful. My favourite part was the swimming pool - such a great place to relax! We would also recommend eating at the hotel, the food is delicious. Close to 7 eleven and easy access to the city via taxi.

The shower in the bathroom lacked a proper stand, making it challenging to use as it frequently slid down during showering, causing inconvenience and difficulty in washing. The sofa's surface seemed to require cleaning.

The rustic wooden interior of the hotel blends with the surrounding area, creating a simple yet minimalist ambiance. Situated in the heart of the city and authentic Bangkok atmosphere. The cozy atmosphere is complemented by a lovely pool and lush greenery. The staff were great , always wearing a smile, and the cleaning service was impeccable.

Could occasionally hear tuktuks from outside, AC was a bit loud. Other than that, no complaints.

The pool was getting cleaned when we arrived and was algae green. We did not know that the pool wasn't available to us and no one has told us in advance. Unfortunately for one of our friends, this was the main reason for booking the hotel in the first place. Additionally, our friends were woken up early in the morning by renovations in the building. No discounts were given.

Unfortunately, the pool wasn’t in use for our stay which was really disappointing. It was so hot at the time that a dip in the pool would have been perfect each day.

The rooms and lobby are really beautiful. Each room is very spacious with a large bathroom/shower. Beds are really comfortable.

Windows couldn't be opened in the room, so only ventilation was the air conditioning, which was a bit older and loud. Wi-Fi was very weak although we had our own router in the room and bathroom shower drain was clogged so took some time for the water to drain. The walls/door are also super thin so you can hear everything outside (earplugs did the trick).

The hotel was nice, it was an open space, so our room opened directly onto the view of the swimming pool which was just on the floor under us. The room was nice, bathroom very spacious. We had bathrobes and flip-flops to use by the pool. Our room was ready earlier than expected at check-in, which was great after a long flight. Altogether good value for price.

The rooms are a little bit dark and because of the closed windows it‘s stuffy air. The location was a bit far from the city Centre, so you will always need a taxi.

It‘s a nice and lovely near Kao San Road. Everything was clean and the staff was very helpful. We liked the pool area and it was no problem to stay their while we were waiting for our night bus after check out.
