Staff member upon check in was quite rude I didn't like that our booking didnt have breakfast, but just before we arrived they were selling rooms for the same price as ours including breakfast so I felt overcharged The resort is getting a bit dated now compared to our previous stay - so i'd say there are better options now

It's a lovely location, beautiful beach and out of the crazy of Chaweng Rooms are a good size with large bathrooms Pools are a nice size too, but there isn't much of a shallow end

Rooms were looking a little tired, marks on walls and slightly older style but overall the rest of the resort made up for this small detail.

Beautiful pool right on the quiet beach. Huge room with a huge bathroom. Very friendly staff! Food was good by the pool and the daily happy hours were a great price. Good location to walk into the main strip but not so close that you were in the hussle and bustle.

The breakfast was great with lots of choice. Our beach front villa was excellent and much larger than expected. The beach location was wonderful. Great staff too - very helpful - the food was great too.

Be aware it is on the slope of hill so alot of stairs/slope to get around.

Nice location at the end of the beach. Bike hire, seven eleven, a couple of bars, restaurants, pharmacy at the entrance of hotel. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly. Room spacious and bed was comfortable. Pool was nice.

Too many stray dogs around the beach and restaurant. Rooms should be renovated and the doors/windows should be adjusted (because of gaps underneath the windows and doors wildlife can come in the rooms very easily)

Everything is good

Very nice place, if you stay with family it's the best place, quiet, comfortable rooms, the furniture is a bit dated and there was not enough space in the wardrobe for all the staff. Highly recommend it if you plan to stay in Ko Samui.

This place needs renovation. It is an old place, news repairs etc however this doesn't affect the holiday . And the hotel is more like a 4 star place.

The rooms are massive in size and close to chewang and lamai. Staff were great and always had a smile.

Starting to show its age, but still ok. Breakfast ok but not as good as it should be vs others.

The beach was lovely. The staff kept it clean. Good Happy Hour Very friendly and super helpful staff. Luscious jungle vegetation and lanscaping.

The breakfast could be improved. The croissants and assorted pastries were tasteless. Some of the options such as chicken and pork sausage were very basic and not up to the standard. The lunch and dinner menu provides options but is very expensive and again was not up to the standards. We ate only one day and then switched to outside restaurants for lunch and dinner. While booking the room, the option shown was the villa next to the beach however our room was a bit far away from the beach. The lighting in the room is a bit dull and can be improved.

The room is good, the spacious bathrooms especially the outside bathroom was the highlight. Access to a beach which is cleaned daily makes the stay comfortable. The staff is good and attentive. Overall, the area is not far away from the hustle bustle but still quiet and peaceful to relax.

The food was well made and prepared but a little too tailored toward western tastes. The Thai food outside the resort tended to be better. But no problem, there were some great options just outside the gate. And the cocktails seemed to be a little light on alcohol too.

Location was great. Clean beach with waves. Several good massage places and eateries just outside the entrance. Centrally located to all parts of the east coast of the island. Our cottage was ideally located right next to the pool but we were there in a quiet period so no noise disturbed us. Grounds were beautiful. Just loved it

Internet is super slow, and disappers time to time. For TV very few channels. For us it was very important as the weather outside was bad.

Location - it is near the sea, very charming place. Bungalow is spacious and has all the necessary things plus additional things like beach bag, umbrellas, spray for moskitos and even flip flops. Staff was very friedly.

Strong yellow walls were very distracting. The bathroom design was somewhat intimidating and might be a problem for anyone with mobility issues.

The grounds and gardens of this location were wonderful, very beautiful. The beach was readily accessible. It is away from the road enough to not have any distracting noise.

As the resort is surrounded by vegetation which looks lovely we got Lots of mosquito bites! Sitting on the balcony was lovely but fraught with anxiety about of the bites we'd get. The first bungalow we were shown to only had an outside shower, so we asked to be moved, we'd have been eaten alive if we had to use that!! The resort is a little far from everything, although there is a great bar just a couple of minutes walk away. Getting anywhere on Samui is more expensive than elsewhere in Thailand, with costs for example to get to bophut fisherman vlllage about 300 - 400 baht.

The bungalow was lovely with nice view. Bed was extremely comfortable. Coffee machine in room was nice. Breakfast choice was very good.

It was more pricey than I would have expected at this time of the season, which is just seeing tourism returning.

It was on a beautiful section Chaweng Noi beach. Quiet, clean and pleasant. There was an excellent motorcycle rental company just across the road from the resort, which made it very convenient for me personally.

The A/C was a bit strong at night but they had good blankets. Probably user error since there was a remote to change the settings. Nothing wrong with the hotel but the staff was so nice, the selfcentered tourist appeared super annoying.

The most genuinely nice and great staff. Breakfast was good, decent variety and an egg/omlette station catering to wishes. Bar and restaurant next to the pool with an excellent chef. The cottages with enough space inbetween. Great location at the beach.
