We stayed for one night only, it was a typical upper-mid range hotel, it was clean and comfortable (I put "not applicable" on the question "how comfortable was the bed" as I do not remember and also in general I found most of the beds uncomfortable in Thailand, as they are all very hard and quite different to the UK, so it would not be fair to answer this one as it would be no fault of the hotel if I found the bed uncomfortable!). The breakfast with many different types of jam (including tuna and salad cream, and pandan jam) was nice and appreciated! Location excellent for accessing central Nakhon Phanom.

Lack of hotel facilities or the hotel could decorate nicer.

The location is excellent, and the hotel is right next to the walking street (open during night time of Friday - Sunday). The room is simple but very clean. The hotel provide very basic breakfast, but that not the point as there are so many morning restaurant in front of the hotel along the river side.

The breakfast was very basic (bread, margarine, jam, coffee & tea). Would have appreciated a few more hangers in the room - there were only 2. The air-conditioning seemed to be set to a warm setting at night and we were not able to change it.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable (looked like it had a new mattress), shower had strong flow of hot water. Wi-fi was good. We liked the location. Most of all, we liked the receptionist, Ms Miw, who was always pleasant, cheerful and very helpful with all our queries!

Needs wardrobe for hanging clothes up. And a few shelves and drawers. Absolutely nowhere to put anything.

I place should have more toiletries, like one more roll of toilet paper. The fridge shouldn't be relying on key card insertion to get power.

The location of the hotel and how the place is very quiet to rest your head. Very close to breakfast place. So close to restaurants, bars, and night market

Breakfast was Free Toast and Coffee only. But OK and plenty. Little restaurant over the road did breakfast also. Location is perfect. Just over road from Mekong River and close to shopping. Happy thank you. Very clean and easy parking Wifi good too.

The rainshower/shower switching valve is broken, need a fix. On weekend that having walking street fair, there are some loudly noise from the pub nearby until 23:00. Due to locating in the historical area and there are only 2-floor, there is no elevator. No kettle in the room but you can have good tea and coffee with bread and jam at the breakfast room.

Value for money. Staff are very friendly and can give you advise perfectly. All amenities are equipped. Room are very clean with Smart TV, Inverter air conditioner, and small refrigerator. Wifi speed is super fast. Located in city center, all transportation are very convenient and easily to walk to tourist attractions.

Everything was perfect!

Big clean, clean room, comfy bed, silent A/C. Very nice bathroom. The location is great; very close to the night market and Mekong River. Even a small breakfast - consisting of bread, butter, jam and very good coffee - was included in the room rate. Fantastic value for money. We would come again!

Maybe for longer stay there should be some closet in room. Maybe they will add it eventually.

Good hotel for this price. It's very new. Rooms are very big, also bed. Good android tv with internet. There is no breakfast, but in the morning there is free coffee and toast. Location is very good, next to the walking street and river promenade.

Noisy traffic and music until about 11 pm.

Good location one block from the river, plenty if restaurants close by. Very comfortable bed. Clean and spacious room . If booking a ride to the airport, a van is only $5, allow at least 30 minutes to get there, it’s further out than you think
