We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

MaldivesThe only one thing what we did not like is a laundry. I do not recommend to use a laundry/ironing service in the hotel. It’s quite expensive but very low quality. It looks like they use some outsourcing street service. But street laundry service is 60B per kg, here I paid 100B and more per 1 pcs.
We love our stay at Outrigger Samui. Our room was super comfortable (club suite), well decorated, a very comfortable bed. We had a HB package and all food was excellent. We used a gym also - it’s not big but have everything you need. And the main gem is a staff - friendly and very welcoming.

AustraliaI initially baulked at the fact that you had to cross the road to get to the main pool area, on the beachside. But I very quickly got used to it. Our room was towards the main entrance, and still set back enough from the road that we didn’t hear any road noises in our room. So, to get to the pool/beach area was just a very short walk for us. The road is serviced by two traffic controllers 24/7, which takes the stress out of crossing the road. But even though we were there at a busy time of the year (the Water Festival/New Year celebrations, the road never seemed that busy at this part of Lamai.
The Outrigger Koh Samui was a well located facility, that was modern and well kept, fresh and bright. I loved the architecture, which has an openness and warmth to it.

AustraliaOur experience staying at Outrigger Koh Samui was amazing! I can’t wait to be back once we return to Koh Samui. The hotel has great facilities (spacious rooms, games room, 24-hour gym, 2 swimming pools, kids room, restaurant, etc). The room had everything we needed (toiletries, lock box, wardrobe, robes, hair dryer and drinking water) and had an amazing view of the pool. Reception managed to upgrade us to a bigger room for same price we paid, which was much appreciated. The staff were always welcoming and helpful and would kindly provide us with recommendations on things to do around the island and restaurants to try. One of the best things about the hotel is the in-house app and all the features it has. You are able to instantly message reception, ask any questions you may have or request room service. The hotel also offered a wide range of activities daily that you could sign up to for free! (Yoga, Pilates, workshops, run club, etc). The breakfast was great! A buffet with plenty of options that suit everyone’s taste. Ranging from pastries to omelettes, fruits, thai traditional food, coffee & juices, cured meat and a variety of cake. It was good to have so many options to choose from. Great quality! Last but not least, one of the things I loved the most about the hotel was the beach front pool. I could stay hours and hours admiring the gorgeous view from there!

United StatesThe pool side service, with a few exceptions, left a lot to be desired. None of the servers approached you upon arrival at your lounge chair. More often than not, we had to go up to the bar to request our drinks or food. There were many staff but often just gathered in the restaurant. There were a few good servers.
The rooms and morning breakfast service was exceptional. The maid and front desk service was excellent. Easy assistance in arranging for local tours.
