Absolutely gorgeous room with its own pool in a tranquil and well maintained setting. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast tasty and plentiful with lots of choice. Location first class for the beach and the small walk into Town. We adored everything about this hotel and hope to return one day.

With the lighting and decor being Thai themed, it makes it hard to see. This being said the rooms could have been cleaner in some areas. Under the beds and bathroom area in particular. Also could do with directions around the small maze on an evening. Couple too many cocktails and you do get lost.

The location was perfect. Breakfast had an amazing variety. Checking in and out is simple. The beach bar and cocktails for evening photos are divine. We enjoyed the plunge pool enough that we didn't spend much time around the main pool.

Perfect beach vacation. There for New Year, be prepared to get wet. Outside of the property of course. Friendly staff. Om is truly a phenomenal person, she explained the New Year ceremony, gave details about the water ritual. Very sweet and attentive. Enjoyed breakfast, sufficient gym, they try and do a good job cleaning the beach (I witnessed it every morning). Great walking beach. The staff tries very hard to be accommodating.

Lovely room, we upgraded when we arrived as we had originally booked a smaller room. It was roomy and lovely a quiet. The beach was perfect location. The Breakfast was varied and the staff very attentive.

This could be neutral point for some, but very little of sunlight goes into the room. Especially when the room itself has relatively darkish artificial lighting. Limited storage options, basically just one large drawer with hangers, but for my few day stay was okay.

Easy to get lost. Wishing have more sign for direction around resort.

The room was spacious and clean. The zacuzzi was great, private and a good view of Lamai night market. The breadfast was delicious (Aroi Jing Jing). Thanks to the staff of making coffee for us every morning :)

Some people smoked in the open restaurant, it's a public space and in my opinion, it's not ok to let use public spaces for smoking. Some people used to be in the swimming pool and were noisy. The hotel should pay more attention to all this behaviors.

The hotel and the facilities are really beautiful. The staff and all the people that work in the hotel are really attentive and nice. The helped me a lot in everything.

Information regarding the spa/massages was a bit difficult. The staff at reception said to just go into the massage rooms but there was no one there & the staff in the bar informed us that the spa staff aren't on site all day, but there at specific times. Luckily, there is a great little massage parlour just a couple of doors up from the hotel that gave me an excellent aloe vera after sun massage which helped so much with my sunburn & heat spots from the 30+C degree weather.

We booked for a same day stay & this hotel couldn't do enough to make our stay pleasant. Their location was excellent, there was a feeling of privacy and intimacy while still being on the street with access to loads of restaurants, bars, massage parlours & shops. The staff were so kind & helpful, they kindly looked after our bags after checkout & allowed us continued access to the hotels facilities. We even got a voucher for free soft drinks at the bar when we arrived.

TV and WiFi not connected, and too many light switches ,apart from that nothing. Preferred room in the court yard than at the back over looking market and greenery.

The staff were great, always smiling and gave great service. The room was a great size, the bed was super comfortable and the spa bath on balcony was perfect.the pool facilities were as good as the pictures and security on the beach made you feel super safe leaving belongings on the beach. Breakfast there was a great selection and food at dinner was delicious.
