Nothing really, the property is good for me and what I needed it for. To rest and chill.

What’s not to like? The sea view villa, if you’re lucky enough to get one is so lovely, simple, neat and beautiful views. The Utopia team are so welcoming and accommodating and always willing to help and assist. I will always come back as long as there is availability.

Super nice view from my room, loved it. Room was simple but all of good quality! Restaurant is decent, also has nice views! In a nice, secluded are of KP, gives you a serence feeling of tranuillity. Yet not far from activities/towns/beaches.

It's remote and without a motorbike it's hard to get around. The hills are not for the faint-hearted either. For a 6 day stay the room was cleaned on the 3rd day only. So no daily water was left either.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially to the kitchen staff. The pool was great with an amazing view

Gorgeous room with a beautiful view. Stunning swimming pool. Awesome basic breakfast. Most delicious food at the restaurant. 420 sky bar is just next door where you can watch the beautiful sunsets. Reception were so helpful at all times.

The views from the bungalows facing the sea are epic particularly during sunrise and sunset, the balcony is larger so meditation or exercise can be carried out, or simply sit in stillness above the expanse, pure bliss and tranquility. Having a bath or shower exposed to the elements also is spectacular. Facilities are good for island life, Most of all the staff are exceptional. Thankyou Grace & Omar

It's kind of difficult to get there and there were quite a lot of stray dogs, also in the restaurant which we didn't like. These were minor details in comparison to how amazin the rest was.

The staff was simply amazing, they were so friendly and helpful and the guy in the restaurant kept making us so happy because of how joyful he was. The view was also amazing and the apartment was very clean and beautiful. The breakfast had many different options and the ones we tasted were all very good. Overall it exceeded our expectations and would 100% recommend going here.

First we got a supposed "upgrade" to a sea +mountain view room, which we did not perceive as such because it seemed halfway under construction. Once we were alocated to our actual rooms, they were great

Beautiful room with a great view of the mountains, good breakfast options and tasty lunch / dinner in the restaurant. Lovely pool. Free shuttles to several beaches around are very practical

The food wasn't all that. Breakfast look nothing lite the photos. We ordered nachos that we didn't even eat of because it didn't taste good. They should stick to only making thai food though cause that was delicioussssssss!!!

The view from the room is out of this world. Super beautiful, could stay in the room for hours and just watch the view. Cool bathtub with a nice view as well. Polite and helpful staff. Especially Raymond. We never used this service, but everyday they could drive you to the beach at 11am and pick you up at 4pm. They also had a little shop by the reception.

A little bit difficult to get to. There was a dog sleeping outside my bedroom door, wouldnt go away and was making occasional noise.

Pool area bar not open. If you wanted a drink whilst by the pool you had to go up 3 floors and get yourself. Needless to say they would have sold me many more drinks had the service been there.

The view was good, nice pool, friendly staff. Comfortable room. Motorbike rental on site.

The accommodation was really basic, so if you need any special comfort, organize it yourself :) The road to the hotel is not easy for beginner riders, so just keep this in mind. Pool is very small. The breakfast is good and tasty, but also very basic.

The mountain view was amazing. You can stay in this hotel just for the view. And the pool has the sea view, which is also great. Staff is really welcoming.

I have a bad back and the beds were too hard for me, but they aren't harder than the usual in Thailand.

Amazing service. Very helpful staff. Incredibly good food in the restaurant you should eat dinner there at least once!! Perfect views. Nice rooms.

This place could be so amazing, but it needs a bit of work. Lot of construction going on (lots of debris lying around) so perhaps that’s what they are doing in the offseason to prepare. If you get a good price worth staying but the bungalows are just ready for an update in my opinion. Skip the breakfast.

Exceptional views, some the best on the island. Nice size bungalow with private balcony, split level with bathroom downstairs. Nice pool, Lovely staff, bike hire at reception (very much needed).

Once the sun goes down there is no staff around. Staff didn’t deliver free water. I had to ask each day. Location is very far from the main areas of the island and no place to buy snacks or water. Very steep and hilly property so isn’t ideal for anyone with walking or breathing issues.

Stunning view of the ocean with private balcony. Good-sized, clean pool. Room was very nice. Easy to rent a motorbike to tour the island. The restaurant food was quite good though not many options.

As described in other reviews the accommodations need a little touch up (for us as a couple who had more luxurious accommodations at other islands, but I think this is perfect for travellers). But the location, view and hospitality was 10 out of 10. The staff would do literally anything for you so thats going to make your stay amazing, no matter what you think of the rooms. Would def recommend

We had to change 3 times the scooter because they were not in a perfect state. But that was no problem :)

Very good location to have a calm stay on the island! The property is very beautiful, food is good and you can walk quickly to a nice bar. Definitly would recommend renting a scooter.
