If your room is on the street side then you won’t get to sleep until after 2am when the clubs close. Also no soundproofing between rooms, can hear everything. No privacy.

Staff very friendly, and let me change rooms when original room too noisy. Facilities good.

The balcony was very small, and there was no view but to be fair there were upgraded rooms that had a good terrace overlooking the pool and balconies overlooking the pool Unfortunately there were non available during my visit

I liked the location. It was on the beach and had access to the main road. The room was okay,. The toilet and shower were separated, which is not something you see very often in Thailand. The breakfast was fairly good

Nothing, maybe little bit greater selection of local fruit in the breakfast, but this is negligible, especially thanks to the wide selection of fruits in the area.

Breakfast was good, the location is best of Ao Nang, we had two double bed rooms right next to each other, because we are a family of four (room no. 1101 and 1102). We asked to be next to each other, and the hotel manager was so kind enough to allow us to do so. We had rooms in the beach wing, so it was quiet there, even the ships (long tails) did not disturb us. We had direct acces to the pool, that was so perfect. Beach is near and great, kids friendly, we had visit several beaches (Phra nang, Railey, Phi Phi and others) and we agreed that our beach was the best. Every evening the sea receded several hundred meters away and uncovered many interesting animals, that was a heaven for our kids. Yes, and go to the nearest bar connected to the hotel and have any smoothie from the menu, You won´t forget :) Thank You for an unforgettable holiday.

Our room was on the fourth floor and I must admit, the layout is a bit strange. You can hear people in their bathrooms while waiting at the elevator because there are tiny ventilation windows. The balcony was also not cleaned and it was very dusty and dirty.

The hotel is in perfect location right opposite Ao Nang Beach. There is a walking street right in front of the hotel with many restaurant options. Then there is also Ao Nang town with shops, restaurants, fruit and juice stalls, and basically everything you will need 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The breakfast was good with eggs, bread, local food, coffee, cereal, and fruits available every morning. Our rooms were cleaned every day and we received fresh and clean towels and bedding upon request too. Overall, location wise, this is the perfect hotel to stay at!

Management of sunbeds to be improved: people from ground floor tend to think there are dedicated to them , and it was quite impossible to find sunbeds available near the swimmingpool

The room was very old and shabby and had a smell about it. Full of mosquitoes. Not enough sun beds around the pool. Breakfast was just ok, waiting for the eggs to be cooked took forever.

If your room is located on the steet side prepare to stay awake till 2am. The live music from the venue across the street is extremely loud! It will keep you up. If you need a good night rest, don’t stay here!
