Very quite place , very big room and comfortable bed. Good option for someone that is on budget. 10 minutes away from center of phi phi. No noise at all at night.

Shower pressure is very weak.

On arrival we were given a room and immediately I knew I didn’t want to stay in it. There was some mould in the bathroom but the main thing was the smell emanating from the drains was a strong chemical smell like chemicals mixing and you need to be mindful of toxic fumes ! We asked to move and got moved immediately to another room however this rooms bathroom had an ungodly amount of mould so much that you walk in the room and you can instantly smell it. It was awful. I told my partner we needed to move again. We were moved to a much better room without the smells and with less mould. I told staff I had lung issues so couldn’t stay in any mouldy rooms. Without asking the next day they checked us into the fourth room which was by far the cleanest and had the least amount of mould. I was comfortable in this room. The staff arranged cleaning without us asking. This was good but let’s be honest the hygiene should have been a standard.

Location excellent ten mins walk from town and pier. Quiet and cannot hear any party music. You do need to walk through very quiet residential Streets tho late at night

The rooms were not as clean as shown, me and my partner put the make room u signs out every day and it was disappointing to come back to a messy room every evening we stayed

No real other facilities. The pool in the photos was simply unfindable and wasn’t even mentioned to us. Found out after it’s shared between a few different hotels.

Loved the big room and the balcony. Very comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Close enough to Phi Phi town to walk easily but still far enough away to not hear music all night

The pool is shared between a few hotels and is located a 5 min walk away, mainly uphill.

A 5 minute walk from the Main Street so nice and quiet. Room was big and good value for money compared to the rest of the island

Google mape took me me the wrong path, i was really nervous, wet and being eaten by mosquitoes, before i finally spoke with girl from the reception and after another 5min of walking found the place. I think its really not their fold but still a nice warning if somebody else had the same problem.

Everything was like expected, the room was even a bit bigger and nicer than i expected.

The location is very hard to find. Google maps takes you the wrong way. Had to call the staff to come find me as I was very lost.

Though the location is not that far to the center (less than 10 min) is in an area with lots of garbage and it stinks.

Rooms are quite clean, the a/c works great and there is even Netflix. We loved to finally have a bathroom that doesn't get all wet cause of the shower.

Bathroom’s shower area could do with a good spring clean, shower water is not hot. TV in our room only had Thai channels so we never watched it. Bed only had a bottom sheet (no top sheet) then a quilt. You have to ask for a top sheet.

Solid brick wall building in a quiet area but central to everything with very easy access, (only a few steps). We had quiet nights sleep with minimal noise on a good comfy large bed. Good wifi. Good A/C, kettle + coffee, fridge that stays “on” working when you leave the room, in a modern large comfortable room with good sized balcony. We were also able to use the Infinity (style) pool next door about 5 mins walk away, and it was way better than we expected (we were the only ones using the pool) with a lovely sea view in the distance. We had room 15 and stayed a week. We have stayed at many places on Phi phi over the years and this is a good one. Many places on this island have paper thin walls. The owners here are laid back, and the Thai guy speaks some English, or you can easy communicate by using your phone. Free baggage pickup from pier to the hotel (message hotel of your arrival time beforehand ) i gave the baggage guy 40 baht as a drink, it saved us carrying our backpacks in the midday sun ☀️ he was happy. All shops/restaurants and different beaches are all an easy walk away. Theres minimart style shops 2 mins walk away. Every thing to see and do in Phi Phi is within easy walking distance. We are here in mid July, which is a much quieter shoulder season and obviously with lower prices than high season and way less people but still very good. Enjoy 🏝️ ☀️

The power turned off when you left the place which meant everything in the fridge went warm . This was challenging because I had medication that needed to stay cold.

It was cheap and a good location. Quiet and you got bottles of water and the AC worked well. Basic but clean and what you need.

At first I felt, it was sooo far, coming from pier with baggage in heat. But staying here.. good location, nice quiet place, away from centre noise.

Walls are a bit thin.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Fridge in the room was great to have for water, fruit etc. Easy walking distance to everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed for a month and our room was cleaned every 4th day- clean sheets & towels.
