Furniture and AC were very old, but they did the job just fine. Beware that if you have a room with an entrance door facing the street, it can get very noisy from traffic.

Large room and the staff were nice. The pool is quite big and shaped like a large pond. All the rooms face internally as the road next to the hotel can be quite noisy.

It wasn't injury friendly. I had hurt my ankle but wasnt much disability access. Was painful to walk up amd down the stairs.

There is ocean near but there is not good beach. But good that the hotel offer free transfers to nice beaches.

There was a tiny gym which could have been much improved. Check in took some time as they seemed to have a problem finding the Booking.com booking.

Good location just a stone’s throw away from the main beach, restaurants and shops. Lovely large rooms and a great pool. Breakfast buffet had a wide selection and staff friendly and polite.

Reception staff not particularly welcoming and wanted payment as the first thing they said to you. Taxi organiser tried to say we had to pay for the speedboat for our 3 year old, when I arranged it myself we didn't .

Location was good in as much as you could walk to local restaurants. Pool area was nice even though it was in the shade most of the time. Breakfast was good.

From walking up the steps at reception and 3 members of staff all trying to book us in not very well. Our room front door had to be forced to open every time. The doors on the wardrobes were all squeeking. The fitness room could not be used as the air con was not on. They take 100 dollar deposit on your credit card and at reception they have a large sign they prefer a cashless transaction but when you leave they make you pay any extras in cash and take 5 days to return your deposit. The breakfast was not so great certainly not for Europeans. No beach or nightlife.

My room very noisy with traffic, my door didn’t shut properly. Staff needs to improve English. Breakfast wasn’t great.

The staff leaves much to be desired, at least in attitude. At first he smiles nicely for a second, but after that he treats you with indifference. It seems that he is always trying to cheat some prices, and if you are not careful you pay more. They are not fair on the prices. For example, before arriving at the hotel, I requested a transfer, and they told me it would cost me 1700 Bth. After arriving at the hotel, I saw on the board that the price for the transfer was actually 1000 Bth. All in all, if you get over these, it is a very nice location for a family with children.

The hotel is located in the south of the island, a good starting point for the islands. It has a very nice, good-looking swimming pool, grade 10. The rooms are large, we had a room with 3 beds for children and parents. They have rooms on the ground floor, from which you can go directly to your own pool. Fresh, delicious breakfast with European but also Thai specific influences.

I’m 1.91m. And sitting on the toilet means having my knees stuck against the wall. (The room between toilet and wall is just a little bit to small). Further cleaning could be a little bit better. Was above average, but still some improvement possible. Further the front door of the room isn’t the best in sound proving. So if you have people making noice in the morning screaming in the hallway. It might wake you up. Our room was straight in front of the elevator.. so sadly some small children wheren’t happy waiting on the elevator and made that vocally clear.

Had the “pool acces” room. So on the ground floor. Nice big room with high ceiling. Big bath and a great shower with good water pressure. Good breakfast and nice staff.

Location is not good because the beach is missing.

Quite nice place. Pool was nice and food was ok. Location was not very good because there is no beach but hotel has transport available on every day to two differen beaches. One beach had huge waves and another one was really small. Hotel itself was good but location is not so good.

The fact there was not enough lounge chairs and that in the morning people would put a towel on the chair or bag and disappear, to come back hours later. That should be stopped if you are not using the lounges you cannot claim them with a towel. It’s unfair to people who wish to use them and also the hotel needs to add more chairs
