None. B floor in front of the elevator has never cleaned for 3 days of my stay. This area likely not clean.

Breakfast has almost everything there should be for 4 stars hotel except bacon quality. Better improve bacon quality. Knife not sharp at all. Others are good.

location was a bit tricky with no shuttle to town as taxi drivers didn’t seem keen to come out the staff were friendly but lacked guidance and management. no vegetarian options at all in the restaurant and nearest alternative a drive away. staff showed no initiative in terms of investigating vegetarian options until the manager spoke to the chef room cleaning was haphazard on terms of timing even when specifically requested beachfront but beach not really accessible and tide so high it was not possible to do a beach walk

When I checked in, I asked for an iron with iron board. The staff said they will bring them to the room later. Afterward at night, I asked them again. They said they don’t provide it anymore. If I didn’t ask, I wouldn’t know. Moreover, I asked for the Tax invoice when checked in the room. They said I have to pick it up when check-out. I waited almost 20mins for the invoice. It should have been no waiting at all.

The hotel is located on the quite private beach. The room is beautifully furnished. The breakfast was delicious.

The bridge to the hotel beach was broken down. They took time to fix it. We had to walk outside about 10 mins to go to the beach. The pool beds were not enough for guests too. There were only 8 beds around swimming pool. These problems need urgent to be solved.

Staffs were attentive and helpful. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good and tasty.

No buffet breakfast one morning due to low occupancy, but that’s it. It would be nice to have bicycles to borrow too!

It was our second stay and we love the room, the location, the staff, the design, the pool, and the nice balcony. We’ll be back for our third visit soon!

The number of sunbeds at the pool and on the beach. There are sunbeds for seven rooms. The pool bungalows have their own sunbeds on the roof but there is no parasol. We only had 16 rooms occupied. Most of the other guests were not at the pool or on the beach, so we had our sunbeds on both days.

Small hotel complex with an estimated 100 rooms. The rooms are large and very nicely furnished. The rooms on the beach side have a shower and bathtub while the others only have a bathtub. Water, cola and juice as well as small snacks are available free of charge. Everything was provided, from bathrobes to flip-flops. Lobby and outdoor area are very nice. Breakfast was buffet style on the first day. On the second day the buffet was reduced due to low occupancy. Instead, you could order the hot dishes ala cart. The pool is very nice and it is only a few steps to the sea. In the morning we had high tide so there was hardly any beach. However, this is a general problem that exists in Thailand. You can eat in the hotel and the prices are ok and not exorbitant. The only thing you need here is a car or scooter as the hotel is very remote. All in all a nice hotel to relax.

We found ants in the room. Since we travel with kids, we didn't inform the staff right away since we don't want DDT spray in the room.

Not a big hotel but if you need a quiet vacation with quite beach, you'll like this place. Breakfast is OK.

This hotel is wonderful! The rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable, and the sea view from the balcony is gorgeous. I loved swimming in the pool overlooking the sea and reading on comfortable lounge chairs on the beach. My room also had a great bathtub. My two-night stay was such a relaxing experience.

No partition from outside to lobby and private pool. Not privacy at lobby and villa area. Also bathroom partition not nice that can't keep noise and smell. For GOAT bar not quite nice like restaurant or bar or cafe. It's look like canteen as uncomfortable red chair and the empty shelf that show nothing for order (just a few bottles)

Wonderful location, view, room function and design. Very good for take a vacation and not too many people.

It is pity that there is no longer free shuttle to Hua Hin city center. The restaurant has also changed and some of my favorite dishes are no longer available. The price is pretty high.

When you don’t have a car, you are depending on a taxi. The food and drink prices are higher then usual. the Spa was closed. I had higher expectations of the dinner meal, something what can be improved.

Staff is lovely and wel willing to help. Room is clean and refresh of the room one or twice a day. The pool is amazing and clean. Breakfast was super, especially the egg order. a small resort and not overloaded with people. it works great if you look for some rest.
