The bungalow was great and in a good location of the resort, but the decor in our bungalow was very dated, these rooms would be excellent but just simple decor and painting. The breakfast is good but the resort needs to invest in two good coffee machines, only one working and dispenses black coffee only 🙃

We would definately stay here again, but we would not have breakfast included. The food was fresh but often items ran out quickly, and did not get replaced promptly. Often the tables were not cleared for some time, making it difficult to determine which tables were free. The breakfast staff were often not appearing very happy, but these are all things that are easily fixed.

Not the hotel's fault but the large pool is the best contraceptive device in Thailand.

Tough one this. The staff were lovely and tried to help as much as possible. Booking.com have the hotel listed as on west beach and charge more accordingly, but the actual hotel is spread the width of the distance between East and West beach, so upon arrival it's possible that you will be based on the less picturesque east side, when you could have paid a fraction of the price for another hotel. The staff clearly get this problem/ complaint a lot however and did their best to accommodate us closer to West beach. The rooms, like most of the hotels we've experienced during 3 weeks in Thailand could do with a little maintenance/updating with stains in the bath and toilet etc. The breakfast is absolutely woeful, don't bother. Just go to the walking street for breakfast instead. The wildlife (not including the feral kids being allowed to disrupt everyone else by irresponsible parents) on display was great though. So there's that.

The bungalow we originally booked wasn't the greatest in terms of size and the air conditioning wasn't working great.

They upgraded us free of charge to a larger room which was very nice. Location is amazing, the pools were great, especially the one right on the beach. Staff was friendly. Cannot beat the location and the scenery around!

The beach is full of jelly fish (again not hotels fault). I’m surprised there have been no reviews about this. One cannot swim without being stung. And there are no warning signs up. Hotel needs to be more environmentally conscious. Stop using single use plastic straws and cups! The island of Railey is very far behind in this area. The amount of plastic waste is horrific. There should be a rule that one cannot leave a towel on a lounger for more than an hour unattended. We witnessed loungers sitting with towels on them with no use for an entire morning. Really unfair on other guests.

Beachfront, nice pool on the beach although very hot in April, more like a bath (not the hotels fault). Friendly staff. Beautiful location with incredible view, central, and quiet at night. Big rooms with good aircon. Cheese at breakfast would be lovely.

Too many people saving sunbeds then not returning for hours or leaving the towel there when finished - very selfish. Not the hotels fault although some signage advising against this might have helped.

On the beach. Lovely big room and balcony. Good breakfast. The wildlife - hornbills, monkeys and Black squirrels. Everything really!

The room I stayed in was facing the east bay, and the noise of the boats arriving was very annoying. Furthermore, the wall between the rooms was so thin that I could hear the TV from the room beside mine.

The hotel is amazing, very, very beautiful. The swimming pools are incredible, especially pool number 2, which stays in the center of the hotel. This area is quiet, and you can admire nature and its sounds. Even though it was not possible to do a late checkout due to full occupancy, staff was very nice in finding solutions like landing towels all day and letting me use the facilities until my departure.

Although choice is quite big for breakfast, nothing was really tasty. Also, the constant noise of the long tail boats was really annoying.

A very beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. Walking distance from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. And monkeys coming to our balcony in the morning made our stay unforgettable ❤️

Our room had mosquitoes in it when we arrived & then every day when we came into the room more, even though everything was closed. Monkeys all over the place and huge lizards the size of a small dog but that’s the nature of where we were. Not much light when we were walking back to our room at night.

I liked that it was away from the busy hustle of Krabi. It was like your own little get away resort. The pool was great and right on the beach front & the kayaks and the sunset etc. was beautiful!

The noise from the boats (not resort fault but maybe they can join forces with the other resorts and try to limit this noise at list at night) Tropical Villa plus that we booked had a really bad smell in the bathroom because of sewage They should do better in cleaning the rooms

Location. Very nice location, lots of big trees, nice bungalows and villas, nice staff. Big trees with monkeys, monitor lizards, birds, nice garden landscaping Please be aware that if you leave your room doors open, monkeys will take advantage. Nothing taken so we had a good lough about it, especially because we think it was a teamwork to make us leave the porch and film them in the trees while one of them got in our room :) Nice experience.

Rooms could use an upgrade. Bathrooms are outdated. The food is not good. They should have a rule of no unattended seats at the pool. Difficult to have a place to lay.

Accommodation was located in a fantastic place. Enough pools. Beach was phenomenal.
