Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

ReunionAsk for a deposit when you arrive. Be careful if you come to tha ton to take the boat to chiang rai : when we were there the river was too low to take the boat.
Big room with big window but no real view. Feel a bit old but clean. Nice swimming pool (too cold at this time of the year though) Close to the river and walking distance from restaurants and the temples

Super friendly and helpful staff who helped us organise trips and picked us up from the bus station. Hotel room was a good size and had very comfortable bed. Didn't use pool area as we were too busy sightseeing but it looked very nice.

Spotlessly Clean, very friendly & helpful owner & staff. Good & plenty breakfast although we were during these times the only guests there. Perfect location on the riverside. Everything needed within walking distance. Nice pool.

United StatesI really didn’t like that the owner wanted to charge 3% extra for using a credit card to pay. This was not disclosed previously and as a result, my cash stores were depleted.
I did not like this property, it fell below expectations. It is an older and shows it’s age with peeling paint in rooms. It’s like a throwback to 20 years ago at least
