No staff support, property not maintained water pond not clean leaking shower and taps a/c issue

To be perfectly honest, I have not a bad word to say about this resort

I read a lot of bad reviews about this resort and was sceptical about booking here but I am 100% glad I did. I booked a 2 bedroom suit then moved into pool villa. Was an amazing experience in both room types I will definitely be booking here again. All boxes ticked from check in to check out.

Spa, shower, bidet, lack of no privacy, no smart TV to watch Netflix, no kitchen and maintenance staff just walk in on you even if you’re sleeping just walk right in to your apartment, no boundaries and no privacy.

Not really much to like about the property. The shower barely released any water and I had to wait 30 min for the water to get reasonably warm. The bidet smelt of sewer, the spa wasn’t private at all everyone could see and there was no pool view like I thought I was getting it was a rd view. The spa was also filthy with insects and leaves and barely worked. Quite disappointed

Worse PLACE AND RESORT EVER ! We complain to customer service and at least want a half refund or any compensation . The customer service said will be given full refund and they refused and did nothing . No compensation , no NOTHING !

We stayed here for our honeymoon for 5 nights . Expecting a 5 stars . But turns out it’s not . Moment we checked in the guy was cold and rushing to go to our room . We arrived 2 am at night . Morning I woke up with a leech in the pillow . Rolling around . 3 daya the leech again . Last night a mouse was inside our room . Midnight trying to go out . We called them 3 times and waited 20 mins for them to come . Nobody cares and the hygiene is disgusting. We reported to the manage and the manager did nothing to us . No compensation no nothing . It destroyed our night . They changed us the room but giving us the corner last room . A mouse in a 5 stars hotel.!!?? This is just unacceptable. We couldn’t sleep till 3 am , just to wait for them to come and clean the room. The front office guy could do nothing . WiFi is slow from the room . Avoid this place at all cost! Not worth your money . Is far from everywhere . There’s other place and resort that worth your money and not disgusting and dirty and the hygiene is immaculate . This one is NO! Never coming back here again . Highly disappointed . Especially the way the manager lied to us giving us the best room but the fact it was nasty and he did nothing after this icident . The rat was running all over the place and even our back as they were trying to catch it !

The place have a very good design but needs a refurbishment, Always an issue on hot water, the jacuzzi is too noisy and the water contain too much product for water cleaning Also the outdoor fountains are too noisy and especially disturbing at night The room is not very sound proof isolated You have to fix that and the stay will perfect because you have an exceptional resort

Its a big resort so you’ll need to call the lobby for a ride between you room and lobby and they will help you but one time we got there late they didn’t have a ride we got to walk You can’t get in and out the hotel by walking, its on a high way so you’ll need a taxi to get in or out And the hotel can provide you with one

I traveled with my family and NOTHING Went wrong at all!!

unfortunately our bath water ran brown and the phone didn’t work well when we would call for a service it was crackling so loud so we would have to call from our cellphones. the breakfast buffet was not good at all and we actually felt ripped paying 500 baht each for the selection provided. other things made up for these things though

we were very impressed with our huge room and private pool which looked down to another pool. the room was incredible.

We are visiting this resort since 2015 (2 - 3 times a year). It was a nice resort on the hill above Patong beach. Very close but away from the crowd and loudnes. People were friendly, everything was clean, well maintained, real pearl in paradise... Now it was our first time after the covid, but It seams like the covid has taken the shine of the sea pearl. Receptionist were unfriendly, there was no Thai warm kindness. Rooms were terrible. You can notice that there was no maintenance, everything is falling apart. Towels are dated with wholes. 2 days we had only one shower towel for 2 person,... There are all kinds of stains everywhere. (Check the pictures). I could go on and on.... Well, the good thing was that we only sleep in the hotel and we did not use anything else, so they could not ruin our vacation. But I am angry because I pay for the hotel with 5 stars. Somebody should take care about ranking the hotel!!! Anyway this was our last stay in this forgotten sea pearl. Please be careful, pictures shown by the site are old and covid just make some things even worse. If you have booked CANCLE IT!!!

breakfast area is far from the lobby so walking is there there sadly. there were too many red ants in the bathroom which specially surrounded the pot. I would recommend if you taking the spa bath rooms do take them on the top floor as we had the ground floor one and there might be chances u will have some things floating in them due to the bushes. house cleaning can come anytime when u not there but there’s nothing to worry and nothing bad happened to us but just be mindful of your belongings.

the location was good, staff are extremely friendly and helpful. the room I chose I was with a spa bath and we enjoyed it. overall experience was good and we really enjoyed this. the best thing I liked about the hotel was that the rooms are very spacious and there’s constantly hot water running.

was almost too big a place, and very little people around when i was there. seems like once upon a time the hotel was really great. food in the restaurant was really expensive and getting a cab anywhere near was also expensive.

There was nothing to like. The property itself is wildly outdated and unkept. Cleanliness is none existent and the staff does not have any concept of clean or customer service. I complained about the sheets looking like they were walked on and they brought a new set of sheets with the same issue. The shower was covered in soap scum the floor board in the villa were coming up. The private pool had lots of hair in it and even after being asked to clean there was still hair. The staff doesn’t care because the property is non refundable.

Absolutely nothing. There are no positives about this property.
