My second time in staying here. My first trip for 2days last 5months was good. However my second trip i decided to stay 4nights . When i enter the room the sauna wasnt clean, i have to call them to clean up first. And i did request to some deco for my anniversary . But theres nothing there. Atleast inform..

Very outdated rooms. They state they take pride on the little things, like flower arrangements and folded towels, there was none of that. The bed was also as solid as a rock.

Lot of things but to say the least: 1. Water was given 2 small bottles per day; and any extra bottles pay charges ; not heard of such in other 5 * properties 2. 2 tea bags in total for whole day - again if asked more sugar, tea bags , creamer; pay extra 3. Not allowed to have 2 keys for the room ; v uncanny of it 4. Asked via email to deck up property for honeymoon couple; was not even acknowledged.

There was no any flexibility on the rooms. I wanted one room for the family but paid for two rooms and didn’t use the room at all.

The place was run down and dirty. It really needs a lot of work and tender care. We had no hot water and had to get them to service / repair the hot water 3 times. The room was dirty and stains on walls They shouldn't charge the same price when they can not offer the same service and quality.

I can not say anything good about the stay. I do understand that covid has hurt the business. But I really felt sorry for the poor staff they were coping a lot of abuse from customers making complaints about the rooms, the cleanliness, and the facilities.

Had to walk up the hill (approx 200m to get to Reception). Meals were a bit lack lustre’. No instructions or directions were provided on check in about the breakfast room. No pool towels were provided.

Access to Pool villa - steps straight off balcony. Huge pool. Beautiful surroundings with modern fittings. 24 hour reception. No free airport transfers for the size and brand name of the property I would have thought this would be provided in the booking.

Jets not working in the room spa... The bar staff were more interested in their make up than serving us.. despite there being no other customers around.. took a long time to get a drink and came with attitude!!

When i arrived i had to ask for my room to be cleaned even though I had just checked in. Hair in the bath, remains of the last guests toothpast in the sink was a few issues to mention. The tv in the bedroom didn't work and wasn't replaced or fixed for my entire stay. Towels had strange coloured stain upon them. The hotel is antiquated and in ones opinion it's being operated poorly. Definitely not 5 star.

the location and the staff. our passport was misplaced on check in, it also took 2 hours to check in and for the reception to find the booking. check out and check in same time causing mayhem hotel overbooked

We had requested for 2 rooms together and close to each other. We by mistake had booked 2 twin rooms instead of king rooms. We requested them to change the room from twin to king but they denied ( usually this is a easily agreed and accomodated request ). On re requesting they just managed to give us one king room and again denied the request for 2nd king room saying they are fully booked. We noticed that during the entire period of our stay the adjacent rooms were all unoccupied. Just by not listening to this simple request made our stay less memorable as the rooms were very far from each other. We felt a lot of inconvenience. I found the reception staff not very cooperative.

The resort is big, rooms are spacious and its quite green all along. There's ample parking spaces for private parking and its quite convenient if you have a private vehicle.

There was nowhere within walking distance. Free shuttle was no longer meaning to do anything we had to pay for taxis. The decor looked slightly unkempt- paint was flaking of the chairs causing them to be uncomfortable. The water feature at the restaurant was unclean with napkins and other mouldy bits floating around. Phone in the room didnt work so was difficult to get hold of reception for help with our bags checking out.

We can tell that this would have been a lovely hotel perhaps before covid? Our walk in pool was a nice touch although in the shade alot where situated.

Most of the facilities were closed without notice or compensation. No pool bar, 1 expensive restaurant, no spa and main pool. Taxi needed for transport to and from Patong and Kathu. Would not recommend for more than 2 night stay.

glass floor had foorprints as soon as I checked in, was not clean. dirt in various places, also broken blinds, just didn’t look like the pictures as the room looked run down, also location is way out!
