WiFi wasn't working in all the areas, it was only connecting when we were near the door. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. The sick in the toilet was leaking. Poor breakfast.

It’s a bit outdated, it needs renovation, towels and mattresses should be changed and electricity port should be changed to fit all devices. There was a hole in the wall where the AC pipes goes through and it wasn’t covered in a proper way. The room key chain is big with a small lock which is not convenient for carrying it with you

The location is great, everything is just a walking distance. It’s fairly clean giving that it’s outdated resort.

Air conditioning in one of the rooms was not functioning properly and even though we complained there was no improvements.

The location is not very close to patong road and the staff didn’t have suggestions about experience, beach, place to go.. no ideas or proposals.

We booked two rooms and rooms have one bed for two people but they arranged rooms have 2 small beds. They didn’t change also. All windows looks each others

Location is good.... front desk is very off hand and treat you with distain but helpful when pushed - Love It, , Close resturants, Marlin / Optop Plaza shopping 20 min walk, Nani road nightlift 5 to 10 min walk, beach bars 20 min, main drag in patong 20 min walk ... lots to see in between. Karon beach 300 bht taxi/tuk-tuk trip, friendly massage shops 1 min to 10 min walk. Excellant awimming pool for laps.

The pool was freezing. It is shaded by the building so no chance to get a bit of warmth in the water. The breakfast was very pore. I ordered an omelette. It only consisted of egg, a piece of toast and a few tomato and cucumber slices. Not really value for the 150 Bart. If you’re after a quiet place it’s on a busy street during the night.

need to take lift to level 2 and then stairs to go to room because it is in another building. No lift to room 416 . The staff mistakenly key in wrong room number and lock the room because the another room already exceed check out date

It's just far from the beach

The staff was really great and helpfull,the place is awesome, just a little far away from patong beach and bangala road you can walk but be prepared to sweat.

It is very far from Patong Beach. I thought I can see the beach from my resort but no. The breakfast area a lot of mosquitoes. The housekeeper can even give a torn towel for us to use. The master bedroom has no place to put our shampoo and shower gel must walk all the way to the sink and this makes the toilet very wet.

The receptionist very friendly. The place there is rather clean. The room is big and have 2 bathrooms.

The location is not very centeral but the place is 15 minutes walk to patong beach. The restaurants around the hotel were cheaper compared to Patong centeral area which is a huge plus. I can say it is a safe environment to stay in. The rooms were very clean and everything was provided. I can say it was a pleasant stay.
