We were greatly let down to discover that breakfast was not included at the hotel, despite our reservation indicating otherwise at the time of booking. We made adjustments but failed to update our reservation accordingly. Weak water flow in the shower Several times we turned to the staff and they said there was nothing to do The internet worked intermittently And the water in the pool is very warm

The view is absolutely lovely, and the rooms in Copenhagen are not only functional but also elegantly designed, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere The hotel is conveniently situated near an excellent local restaurant called Siri, adding to the overall dining experience. Moreover, the culinary offerings within the hotel are good but expensive(!!!), ensuring that guests can enjoy delicious meals without even leaving the premises.

Water pressure was a little low but apart from that the place is amazing.

Very cute bungalows with lovely private balconies and great facilities. Staff were incredibly helpful, and really lovely from check in to check out. The pool, restaurant and private beach were also all fantastic! We were also able to rent scooters directly from them which made getting about the island really easy and affordable.

The lights in the bathroom could be brighter, but that's not a big problem. Another thing is that the entrance into the water at the beach near the hotel is shallow for quite some distance and there are sea urchins, so be careful not to step on one. But this is out of hotel's control and Phangan has many other amazing beaches that one can reach in no time. There's a construction going on next door, but we couldn't hear any noise from it, so it was not a problem at all.

The location is great, right on a very beautiful beach and the sunset view is amazing! They cook really well, but the prices are higher than in town. You can also rent a motorbike at the hotel, which we would recommend. We enjoyed our room and the view from the balcony was exquisite 👌🏼 there was enough space for our stuff and it was very comfortable. But the best of it all has been the attitude of the people that work at Siam Cookies. They are so welcoming, nice and are always there to help. Our special thanks to Kai, the manager, who has helped to organize our trips to the elephant sanctuary and Ang Thong and even arranged our way back to Phuket, including taxi in Phuket. We just thought it was amazing and Kai really went an extra mile for us. Overall, an unforgettable experience in Phangan and would definitely recommend staying at Siam Cookies!

The only negative at all was there was no fan in the room so you had to have the air con on all the time.

Was fabulous only having the 8 huts so did not feel like it was ever crowded. Great location with private beach and the pool was fantastic! Rooms also lovely!

There was a construction site right next to our bungalow and it got very noisy during the day.

The beach was amazing and the view from the hotel room as well. In the evening it was very quiet and perfect to sleep.

Excellent service from all hotel employees!!! Everyone is really nice and there is a fun atmosphere. The food is really tasty and at a good price. It is important for me to mention the amazing Kay who received us and took care of us throughout our stay and after it! amazing experience!!

Beautiful location with private beach, gardens and swimming pool and daily sundowns. The beach cottages have sea view and are spacious and clean. Staff is very kind and helpful with any request. We are travelling with a toddler and therefor used the restaurant a lot, food was super good and it is a real holiday feeling to have your morning coffee on the terrace with one of the best views on the island.

Shower could have a glass wall instead of curtain. Better light for the mirror would be great!

Great little beach houses directly at the water with a very clean private beach and some snorkeling opportunities. Place has a restaurant which serves breakfast and food all day long for reasonable prices. Very lovely staff that will take care of every need! We stayed nine nights and loved it. There are only nine huts, so it is also very private. It's also nice for kids with the small beach and you can enjoy great sunsets. Will hopefully return!

Absolutely nothing. This place is perfect. Maybe a hammock on the balcony that would be awesome.

Pure luxury in the best spot on the island. Rooms are far superior to others i’ve stayed at on KP, super clean, quiet and very comfortable. All rooms have everything you need including kitchenettes and fridge/freezer. Amazing sunsets and the calmest sea right on your doorstep, private beach and incredible food and drinks at the restaurant, up there with the best on KP, especially the cocktails. Staff very helpful and friendly, special thanks to Kai, Shain and Sunny who were amazing, Shain makes the best cocktails you will ever taste. This place is very special, cannot wait to come back.

We had the best stay here at Siam Cookies Cottage. The location is good, the rooms are very nice, and the facilities are great as well. The food in the restaurant is also great. But the best thing is the staff. All of the staff are so kind and helpful with everything, and makes sure to check in on you all the time, to make sure you have the best stay. Gai is a real legend, he makes sure you feel welcome!

While the food was great it was a bit pricey, and the cost for the extra bed for out 5 year child was quite expensive around €25 per night. And bar closes a bit early at 10pm.

The staff is very welcoming and attentive. The food was excellent. Great place for a family. Rooms are clean and cozy and quiet location.

Unfortunately, there is a relatively large construction site right next to it. This has probably been going on for a long time, but it's not the hotel's fault. We initially had a room right next to the building site. When we told the staff that it was quite noisy, we were upgraded <3. But only this one room, which we had first, was right next to the building site.

Stayed in the beach front room nine and it was amazing. Directly on the beach! The staff was amazing and was very helpful. The restaurant was also very nice and they have great breakfast options (not included). The sunset is really beautiful! We liked it so much that we extended for another night.
