Shower and plumbing needs work, toilet kept running and wouldn’t flush properly and shower was hot or boiling hot couldn’t cold.

Breakfast was quite poor, wifi was not working most of the time, roof pool was nice but the sharp edges make it bit dangerous.

Ok location, clean, but getting a bit old. Slow and small lifts, Rude front desk staff, have no people skills. Someone was doing renovations one night which kept me awake. Keep bond for the room and won't let you leave until they have checked, need to move into the first world on this one. No chairs or desk, need to sit on the bed.

It was very loud. The bidet was not working. The pool was in a very bad condition. Between the tiles of the pool were covered in moss. Some tiles were missing in the pool and some tiles were covered with rust. All the chairs and sunbeds were rusty. There was no shades to chill on the sunbeds, it was conpletely under sun. They didn’t maintain the pool at all. They don’t have laundry service. The breakfast could have at least one sort of cheese. It was mediocre

The hotel is super clean and beautiful but is situated in the most crowded and expensive area of Patong Beach, the nearest beach has huge prices, for some people would be perfect but for people looking for relax not.

The hotel was awesome, really 4 stars, big and beautiful room and bathroom, good breakfast and nice pool. You receive water in the room, the pool is open till 23.00.

The WiFi coverage could be a little better ( though not too bad currently).

The location of the property is excellent. The staff are very good, prompt, polite and hospitable. Overall the hotel is in the heart of the action, yet it is very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was great (especially the eggs counter - freshly prepared). The skyline view from the infinity pool was amazing, and I definitely recommend it.

Our balcony was really small, there were only one chair. The breakfast could be better, more choices.

Staff was very friendly, location great, no noise to room from the street. Swimming pool at the roof was amazing. You could use it untill 11.30 pm. Clean and big room.

The bed... It's a very hard mattress..like sleeping on a concrete floor .... Not the right place if you have back issues.... I am in Patong for 2 weeks every 2 months...I would always stay there if they had a soft mattress.

Everything was amazing in GIG Hotel. Inifinity pool with a great view of Patong. Location was perfect near Bangla Road, Shopping Mall Jungceylon and Central is close to hotel. You can walk to the beach within 8-10 minutes. Room was big and clean, Staff amazing. Thank you

The only gripe we have relates to smokers up by pool. It's a smoke free area however if they allow ash trays to customers, give them a smokers area but away from the pool on the rooftop so it does impact non smokers like myself who are in the pool. I get into a coughing fit when I'm around smokers. People staying at the hotel need to smile more at the staff, it doesn't take much to show some appreciation towards the hard work the staff do each day.

The staff, central to lots of stalls, food and entertainment areas in Patong. We enjoyed the Massage palour connected to the hotel and the infinity pool. We were able to walk to everything and if we needed transport, it was easy to obtain.

The bed wasn't as soft as I would normally prefer as a lean person. In any case I guess most other people prefer the more firmer/supportive mattress. The rooftop/gym/sauna etc doesn't open until 10am. Also, on one night there was a power outage until about 2am but most of us just went up to the beach to enjoy the cool breeze until the power was returned (not the hotel's fault).

The Pool, Gym and Sauna were clean and well kept. The outlook from the rooftop pool deck was fantastic. Location was easy access to everything whilst being just off the main street meant good rest when needed. Food was great and so were the smoothies

Nothing to not like really

Everything was good room is of good size yes it was two single bed put together but you hardly noticed, the service from the staff if needed was great and helpful, for example the AC was not on in the gym room they quickly called two members of staff to fix The food was good and the price wasn’t that bad I paid 370b for two meals for myself and loads to choose from From the beds to the towels were changed every day
