Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomYou can see they haven’t kept up with maintenance in the rooms. The metal balcony handrails was loose and you could move themWith your hands. The concrete sides to the balcony was cracked and falling apart. Most of the draws and storage spaces doors didn’t line up so would have to force them closed. The locking mechanism for the door in the room had been broken and fixed badly so the room could be used. The floor had marks and stains even though it was brushed and mopped everyday. My balcony never got cleaned i would have to do it myself, i had to buy my own ashtray as one wasn’t provided for me. I booked a room with the kitchen as i wanted to cook myself, there wasn’t any pans, plates, bowls, knives, folks to cook with. My cooker wasn’t even turned on.. when i asked why there wasn’t anything to cook with in my room i was told they only provided cooking utensils when people book for 4 weeks+ i was there for 3 weeks… so half of my room was useless to me. The sink tap was lose and i ended up fixing it myself in the end. The towels was ripped and frayed at the ends. no money has been on maintenance spent to keep this hotel in shape!
