We were staying for birthday celebrations and although I had email confirmation the hotel would have something in the room on arrival, nothing was done. Very disappointing. They ended up doing something after being reminded but it certainly wasn’t the same as the surprise on arrival. For the money you spend at this hotel, that level of service should be there.

Room was comfortable, amazing bed and pillows, fantastic city view. We stayed over Songkran and the Splash pool party was amazing. Breakfast was delicious!

The service staff - the one doing the cashiering at the souvenir shop wasn’t friendly and was impatient in answering our questions on some merchandise .

love the whole place as if walking into a big night club but it nice place then the room is very quiet and cannot hear much sound from the outside or even walking pass your room no sound! meaning sound proofing is good!

The pool is okay, however very small and the water very cold. The bar in the lobby was very boring with not much entertainment in the hotel. The location is great and enjoy staying at the W in Bangkok.

The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable, however, could be more spacious. Breakfast was nice and enough options. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

Location is not good for tourists, hardly any restaurants, spas, malls or activities nearby. So much traffic on the main street. We spent an average of 2 hours a day in taxis. This location is good for business but if you are a tourist then I would recommend staying elsewhere.

It was a bit disappointing that I couldn't use the swimming pool in the last 24 hours of my stay because it had been cleaned. However, I understand it's necessary, and I was indeed offered a chance to use the swimming pool in another hotel, if I wanted to. So all good.

The room was very nice and modern. Very comfortable and stylish, with lots of mirrors and a glass wall between the bedroom and bathroom. Most of all I liked the employees of the hotel. Everyone is so polite and helpful, always ready to answer all questions. I had several requests prior to arrival. And all of them were fulfilled. And on my last night, I returned to the room to find a beautiful dessert provided as a good bye gift by the hotel. I was very impressed. Thank you.

Elevators are pain. 4 small elevators for such huge hotel, it’s a bottleneck when it’s full of guests (and it’s really full))

Prices in the bar a little steep

The AC inside the room was cold. I just wished it was even cooler slightly. Otherwise everything was exceptional.
