Instruction to hostel in a bit confusing. Not like we expect. We have to call the host to get to the exact location. The hostel is at roof top of a apartment. Have to get into the apartment then go up. There is no signage outside the apartment. So a bit hard to find.

Location right in the centre of the town. Close to restaurant, supermarket, mall. Rally good location. Facilities is all brand new.

internet very slow upload about 2mbps download about 1mbps sometime the line lost don't know where. tv in the room use internet will be a problem since connection is slow.

the location in prime area. but the problem is no location in maxim has pin. difficult to find even by taxi driver.but after you know the place the landmark is behind turkish restaurant.

I did not receive any check-in instructions and it is very hard to find the hostel. A stranger had to kindly let me into the building.

This exceeded my expectations. A nice modern apartment in the middle of Dushanbe. Although a shared bathroom, the accommodation is very quiet and has great facilities.

its so clean and near to center. shower and toilet is big an clean. kitchen is clean and big refrigerator to put your stuff. you can cook - i didnt. they can arrange airport transfer

The heating was kept at very high. I had to keep the windows open in December to regulate the temperature.

A great little hostel, run by a family, located on the top floor of a 17-storey building, offering great views of the street from above. The rooms, kitchen and bathroom were very spacious. The location is great and the staff is friendly.

Astounding value for money! The staff is great and very helpful. The entire family running the place is very kind to their guests. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The building is very modern and located in the centre of Dushanbe. The location is really great, close to anything, a few minutes walk from Rudaki Ave. and buses to everywhere. Also only 1.5€ by taxi to the airport. A big bonus is the ATM in the building next door, it accepts Mastercard (which is very rare in Tajikistan, I found out)! The place was clean and well maintained. I would wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to anyone, no matter what kind of tourist you are.

OK, not a big thing, but my bed was a little narrow... But confortable anyway.

Great place, 17th floor, dominating the city, big room, with all the necessary equipment, kitchen fully equipped, terrasse on that 17th floor, very good location. It's a family business, and all the members are nice and welcoming, attentive to your needs, very helpful, the price is correct, best price/quality around maybe. Strongly recommended.

We loved everything

We loved everything about this place. It's extremely clean, there are only a few bedrooms but multiple toilets and 2 bathrooms to share as well as a big kitchen to cook. There is also a water dispenser for drinking water. We were able to do laundry for 30 somoni. And the wifi is perfect to work. I highly recommend it

Little hard to find - go down the small road to the right of the Turkish restaurant (Sultanbey), the entrance to the building above is at the back through a black electronic door with a guard (floor 17). Listing implied some in room facilities (shower, toilet) however these are shared with other rooms, but not many.

Very clean, modern and spacious with air con. Central location and very helpful friendly owners. Quiet location on the top floor with fast Wi-Fi, would be ideal for a longer term stay also. Well equipped kitchen and nice bathroom/separate toilet.
