Nothing just that we didn't stay long enough!!

We had a warm welcome at reception and were upgraded to a suite room with a large balcony overlooking the pool. We guess because it was end of season and the hotel was quiet. The hotel and pool area were beautiful and we particularly enjoyed the sun deck at the waters edge. Buffet breakfast was great with plenty of choice. We were given a late check out until 3pm.

The only issue was the currency change but it’s nothing to do with the hotel I guess.

So friendly and helpful staff. Made life so easier. Pelin Hanim was so kind to upgrade our room as a result of some issues with currency. And kitchen helped so quickly to my mums dietary needs. Beach part was excellent. The music choices and the decibel they played so good as there was no sound pollution which is a big problem in so many other premises.

AC in my room didnt work well & during summer it was pretty hot. Also only 2 staff in the hotel i found who could speak english well so it caused a bit of complication during communication but luckily had my online international dictionary to translate. Would be good if the could add some fish/or sausage selection for breakfast, otherwise it was mainly cheese & vegetables. But good thing beach reastuarant has amazing choice of food

The beach, sea & its water was fantastic, super clean & fresh even during nightime could see small fishes in the water. Tasty food at the beach bar/restaurant, good choice of dishes during lunch & then another options in the evening. Beautifull SPA, though i didnt try the massage therapist.

We changed 3 rooms, walls were dirty and ruined, no comfort in the rooms Almost no one of the staff was able to speak English

Nothing not to like. The breakfast could have more options but it was still decent.

We loved the hotel. The location is great and there are plenty of restaurants just steps away from the hotel. The staff was lovely, even though they struggled with English, they were all still keen to help and make us feel comfortable. The facilities are also great, especially if you want to chill at the beach or have a swim at the hotel.

The room is not worth the value, also the spa area was closed between the time they told us it would be open.

- There was some internet challenges which were managed - Location is a bit far if one has to go the town centre in Bodrum, almost an hour, but if you want to relax, its a great place.

- Location was in a calm and serene setting. Very relaxing, go for long walks around the sea. - Breakfast Menu is Kahvalti, so its eggs, tomato, cucumber, cheese, bread, figs. Tea was very good. It is fresh and healthy, but one of the days I did miss the American breakfast :) - There is small supermarket near the hotel so thats an option to pick some snacks during the day, and also a fresh bakery. Bread was really fresh and we took some on the boat ride. - Speaking of the boat ride, there is jetty very close so one can do some island hopping and swimming. The waters are pristine, and so refreshing. We enjoyed the boat trip, and the host took good care of us. - The owner of the hotel was very supporting and friendly, so thank her for all the hospitality. - A Startbucks unit is attached to the hotel, so thats good.

We didn't realize that it was pretty far from Bodrum while booking but that's on us. Wifi was very slow, that's our only complaint. Other than that, everything was great!

We loved that we were upgraded to the best room for free. That was really lovely! Staff was amazing, so was the view.

Only the SPA area was not working properly and not prepared for the guests. Sauna was broken and when I was in I saw electricity issue.

The hotel was located in a very nice area with a lovely private beach and outstanding pool area.

Location wise it’s a bit away from everything else, although there are fish restaurants close by and there’s a a restaurant run by the hotel. Food options are somewhat limited if you are vegetarian or don’t want to eat kebab/meze almost every night. Music is played at the beach almost all the time during the day, if you want to have some calm beach time it might not be suitable for you.

The beach was really nice and clean. The staff were attentive and respectful. The hotel has a wellness center that is run by a third party (not owned by the hotel), you can book a massage, spa treatment or use a small gym if you want. The rooms are spacious and you have lots of area for movement, for placing your luggage, etc. The breakfast is also nice, and has a variety of options. The hygiene rules and Corona measures were followed so the staff was wearing masks all the time. Everything was clean.

The shower is designed so that no matter how hard one tries to avoid this, there’ll be a plenty of water on the bathroom floor after you’ve used the shower.

The location is relatively quiet, away from the seaside promenade and the restaurants/bar area. Swimming pool is reasonably large, and their is a private beach for hotel guests.

Staff speak poor English, pool staff didn't help at all, no air conditioning in the lobby or hotel areas and it was hot.

Breakfast options were limited considering that Turkish breakfast is full of varieties. WiFi was on the slower side if you are working from there, but the concierge and technician were attentive and helpful to resolve any sort of issue.

Location is great. Staff are friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean.

In general, it’s not worth the price; 40-50€ per night, tops. The room is very parsimonious furnished; the bathroom gets flooded every time after using the shower; the towels are old and turned yellow. The cleaning was quite poor - there were stains on the bed sheet, not sure if they’ve even changed it :( Even WORSE, we found once our door left half open after the housekeeping… luckily, it did not cause any loss.

The hotel’s located in a quiet and cozy neighbourhood, with a couple of fish restaurants and cafes at the beach. Parking available right on site, which was very convenient. The lady at reception was very kind and helpful.

The hotel is in dire need of a revamp. The spa is not exactly a spa, either is the gym both very mediocre. The walls in our room were literally crumbling and the shower was leaking our entire stay, it was even coming through the floorboards. The buffet breakfast spread is the WORST I’ve ever witnessed, there is nothing for vegetarians or vegans. It was so basic. As a whole the hotel just lacked any atmosphere and was slightly depressing.
