It is a small hotel very close to Hagia Sofia and the Blue mosque (5 minutes walking) - location is just perfect - just a step away from the busy areas but close enough by foot. A piece of advice - make a plan of your stay in Istanbul - the city can be overwhelming and challenging at times and most of the attractions take more time than you think (tickets Hagia Sofia for example need to be purchased on the same day, and used on the same day so you end up queueing twice for the same thing - for tickets and to enter; etc.) We travelled with 2 kids and the room (junior suite) was spacious enough for the four of us. Room was comfortable and immaculately clean. The swimming pool and the spa were added bonus - it was a nice place to unwind at the end of the day. We were not lucky with the weather in Istanbul and the sauna and the steam room were a welcomed treat after a rainy and cold day. Breakfast is very good and the restaurant is very beautiful, located at the last floor overlooking the Bosporus. If you look well you can even see dolphins in the water :) and of course the boat traffic on the Bosporus. Staff is amazing - communication beforehand was very helpful and they arranged transport from and to the airport for us, nothing was too much for them - thank you once again for your hospitality. All in all, a very good hotel, very good location and I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

I liked everything!

The staff were very accommodating. The rooms were really nice and clean. The hotel staff were helpful in arranging things for us. The spa in the hotel was nice. The rooftop at the hotel was the best! The breakfast was amazing!

Gym could use a little love, missing free weights.

Very close to Sultanhamet as well as the walk along the Bosphorus. Helpful staff and a comfortable room, as well as a beautiful breakfast room overlooking the water.

Breakfast was quite limited. The options were more lunch type like chicken nuggets and potato wedges. They could have provided variety for breakfast.

Best location. Perfect distance from the blue mosque; not too close to be in the middle of one of the busiest place in Fatih district but not too far to walk. 3-5 min walk from the hotel to the blue mosque. Beautiful view at the rooftop restaurant of the Bosphorus.

Room is small TV very close to bed, w/c is not good for the eyes. A young male staff entering my room while I was sleeping during the day. Steam room was not working.

You would need to think hard and long for anything that could be improved.

Located iwithin 4/5 mins walk to major attractions and the Tram an excellent location. Lovely room and excellent facilities and spectacular rooftop restaurant terrace where guests had breakfast and access to a vast variety/selection of food and beverages Will return . All the staff were very friendly and I’ve no doubt had it been required would have assisted in any way possible including ALL holiday suggestions.

We had a big bemol at the end of our stay. My father fell and broke his hand in the hotel's Turkish bath. It was very slippery there. I almost fell myself, my mother too. With slippers it's even worse!!! Even though we knew this and we were very careful, my father fell well in the end. Nobody says it, nobody warns. I believe that something must be done about this slippery floor. Otherwise, there will be other victims, for sure.

Very nice hotel, small and cosy. Rooms are a bit small but we do not spend a lot of time inside. Nice breakfast with great view. Nice situation, near the center, with a lot of nice restaurant around. Good and kind staff. Nice spa area, but very very slippery.

The first room delux room was small for 2 adults and one child.

The room Was spacious enough for 2 adults and one child. This is the standard corner room. On our previous stay we had booked the delux room which was very small and less spacious for 3. The hotel is close to shops and restaurants

The shower temperature is not consistent. It goes from cold to warm, I don't understand that in the year 2024 they cannot fix these things properly. And the nosque is very loud, it's closeby

The air conditioner could been colder.

Perfect location close to all the touristic places. Staff was extremely helpful, especially Osman who taught us a lot about the city and gave us a lot of information about the Bosphorus cruises and even taught us about Istanbul history. Food at the restaurant was excellent and the view was fantastic.

We liked and enjoyed everything about our stay...We cannot complaint at all.

The friendliness of the staff, the staff in the dinning room. the staff at the front desk very courteous and helpful. Except for Orham, who was very helpful in many, many aspects but his recommendations of places to visits and things to do were always off the top. I have some disability issues and at age 84 I needed recommendations with realistic prices, he said some Arabs who were there paid $350 Us Dlls. for a few hours. When I challenged him, he got us a great driver for about 4 hours who was a blessing. We loved his services and the places he took us the shops. H knew his job
