Nothing - I extended my stay.

Lovely guest house of three units - two appartments and one room (in which I stayed), all on the first floor directly overlooking a very swimmable beach. Clean, comfortable and well equipped room with balcony, sound of the sea in background. Convenient shop and cafe/ bar downstairs. On the quiet side of the Side peninsular, plenty of restaurants and sites within easy walking distance.

Could be a bit cleaner. Can’t say that the beach is clean , but enough to take the sun bath.

Great view on the sea , great location , great staff. Good option for calm, lazy trip.

It is a bit more expensive than other places in Side but we found it more than worth it

The appartment was great, very clean, the bed was comfortabel and big for a queensize. We absolutely loved the little terras, you are right next to the sea 🤩 Everthing you need is there and if it isn't you can just ask Ramazan and he will do his best to help you where he can. He and Penny are lovely. There is allso a really nice little bar/restaurant just downstairs.

The Beach house was a wonderful new property in the old part of Side right on Nar beach. The shops and restaurants were a few minutes walk or the restaurant attached to the Beach house was excellent.

This is not really a hotel. More of an Airbnb. Which is fine if that's what you're expecting. It's a self sustained unit. There was no hot water on a rainy day. But the new apartment and the amazing location overshadowed everything else.

Location in the very center of the ancient ruined city. The best sea view from the window in the old town. Friendly and caring staff. Not expensive.

I have no negative comments on the hotel, as everything was as expected or better. The only downside of Side is that it is difficult with a car. We had a rental car that we had to park outside. The distance is a 10min pleasant walk through a historical site, or a 0.5 euro local transfer. That said, there is no need for a car as there are plenty of things to do in Side even for 10 day holiday. Next time we will save that money.

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel is at 10meters from the beach and you will hear the waves on the beach the whole day and night. The balcony faces the sea. We had a big apartment with bedroom and it had all the facilities we needed. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Beautiful beach, historical sites, plenty of restaurant and shopping options. We will surely come back!

Unable to accept credit card for payment. No shower toiletries. Difficult to get warm/hot water running first thing in the morning.

The internet was very weak, there was practically no internet in the room - up to 1-2 Mb/s. According to previous reviews it had a very high rating for the internet and that was a factor in my choice. The water in the sink was very splashy, but the shower was excellent. Once or twice my trash was not cleaned.

Side is an amazing city. The views from the hotel were wonderful. It had a lovely garden. I had a big terrace. The breakfast was very good. The hotel and restaurant offers high quality at very reasonable prices. There was a lot of coziness and style! All sightseeings were meters away. The hotel was right next to the beach.

My bed was little bit uncomfortable i mean the mattress and i didn't enjoyed the sleep on this bed.And i had realy small room(any aircondition on my room only small ventilator).But i was alone so that was okay.Another rooms are bigger.I liked everything about my stay at this hotel,but i didn't sleep good on this bed. I have nothing negative to say.

My stay at the hotel was realy nice.Hotel have a great location,everything is near from this hotel. Staff was friendly and kind,breakfast and all the food there was just yummy!Drinks were also good.My room was everyday cleaned and of course they change the towels too.I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Breakfast was same every day, which is not a big problem, but would be nice to have more choices, especially if you don't eat dairy there's almost nothing to eat. Also restaurant has vegetarian options which is great but would be nice to have some vegan options too. + There are no shower gels and shampoo in the bathroom, make sure to bring yours.

We loved the location, right next to the beach, the room was spacious, with sea-view balcony. The atmosphere is super relaxing and there are many beautiful spots to chill. Restaurant downstairs is very nice too. Definitely would recommend to stay at this beautiful hotel.

if you have room without AC, you can hear all night compressor from another aircondition which is directly on the wall where you have pillow..

what’s not to like!

Loved the laid back vibe to the place & the location is exceptional. The entire team at the hotel are welcoming, friendly & go out of their way to assist. The downstairs restaurant & bar are a great place to just chill out, relax & watch the world go by. we had a balcony room overlooking the Mediterranean & loved the sound of the waves at night.

Room in need of refurbishment and a bit smaller than I expected for a family room with three occupants. (Lack of investment understandable given the problems with local authorities)

Location excellent, next to small beach looking out to sea. Easy walking distance to all the sites/restaurants/port in old Side. Family run and very friendly. History all around and fairly isolated from the large resort hotels located on the big beaches either side of the old town.

Our room was pretty small, you might want to choose a larger room here. There is free parking on a large lot outside the old town. Best to call the hotel and have them pick you up, if you want to avoid driving into the controlled old town.

We loved the view, right over a nice beach with lounge chairs available. We liked the friendly, helpful staff, and the real family feel of this place. We liked the quiet location, away from the tourist touts. We liked our terrace. The breakfast was quite nice, with stewed apples, yogurt and muesli along with many Turkish breakfast standards. We also liked the dining area and decor. There are lots of ancient ruins everywhere around old Side, just amazing!

Things can always be better and if you want large marble and stainless steel bathrooms etc then you may want a newly built place but if you want the right location and staff that do their best for you then this is the hotel.

The Staff and location were great. It's close to the centre of things ( couple of hundred meters) with a nice sandy beach just outside the door. Just far enough away from the disco etc to be peaceful at night. probably the best located hotel in Side. I've been to Turkey quite a lot and will definitely be going back to the Beach House in Side.

The bed was harder than we liked.

The owners and staff were outstanding. The personal service and warm and welcoming staff made our stay so enjoyable. We felt like family by the time we left. The food at the restaurant was some of the best we had in Turkey. The menu was varied and the food was excellent. We enjoyed every meal we had at the Beach House. The prices were very reasonable too. We would definitely stay at the Beach House if we return to Side. The location of the hotel couldn’t have been better as we could walk to everything in the old town where all the sites were and we were right on the water.

Location was very good in Side Antiq. Breakfast was also very good. Owner lady was very kind, helpful and had a nice personality. It has a beach access as well and property has quite a character in itself.

Parking is about 15 minutes walk away (though you can drive to the hotel to drop off your suitcases at the start of the stay). A few things in the appartement were not working: leaky pipe in the bathroom, broken towel rack, TV could not find any stations. The double bed is quite small for 2 adults. Quite pricey, though that may be Side in general.

I was looking for the hotel with parking. all other hotels has no parking. and this one shows parking nearby. fake. city is closed for cars, for this reason there are no parking. also, wifi in hall was not working. no wifi in rooms, no hairdryer and a lot of problems

No aircon . room very warm and only one ceiling fan. frequent power cuts , sometimes no sufficient water pressure

Excellent location, run by a lovely family. relaxing and peaceful will definitely come back again. The cleaning lady works very hard and very thorough.
