The dinner and dining room. I felt like cafeteria food and a cafeteria setting. The breakfast was good. Dinner was not so good. The only option for a drink was water. No one ever asked if you wanted something else. Maybe a glass of wine would be nice. Coffee after dinner was extra. It was hard to get service for drinks and snacks and once you did they never came back to see if you’d like a refill or to take you empty dishes, which is a problem because the cats try to get in them.

It was immaculately clean. The pier over the water was a nice place to spend the day. It was nice, that as soon as we walked out to find a seat, someone would come and get us cushions and set it up. We never had to wait. Towels were readily available. Liked have the spa and the thermal baths.

They gave us the worse room. It was in front of the elevator and garden view. They have better rooms with views even it was available. They didn’t offer us free upgrade. My friend paid the same price, she was upgraded.

Breakfast was average at best. Food quality just wasn’t to standard of a 5 star hotel. Service at the pool and beach side was practically non existent or very slow.

It not worth to mention small issues by this wonder full Hotel, Just if house keeping checks the minibar and Bathroom facilities, that you should not to call for every thing, it will be perfect.

The Hotel is close to the Boyalik beach, with a great view. I stayed 3 nights there, Staffs are very friendly and helpful, the Rooms and Hotel areas were very clean, You clean enjoy the Food variety for the most tastes, and it is mainly Turkish cuisine. You will Love the sea view from your rooms, the best Place for relaxing. I would recommend this Hotel to every one.

The reception staff did not know English well, Also, we arrived around 6h00 am and we were tired, but the staff refused to give us rooms before 2 pm, although I asked them to take into account our circumstances because there was a sick person with us, but they allowed us to eat breakfast only.

We had breakfast and dinner, They were delicious, varied and clean. The hotel is beautiful and the beach too, I also liked the safety system to open the door to the pool and beach to protect the kids. I also liked the quick response of the staff there when one of us get ill, and they brought us a doctor to the room. And also they agreed to change our rooms to sea view.

The spa facilities could do with an upgrade and were also very shabby (cleaning tools left lying in the hamam etc). It is not what I'd expect from a five star hotel. The suite in which we stayed did not have sufficient lighting to my tastes.

We stayed at this hotel off-season so it was reasonably quiet. The staff was very courteous and very attentive to COVID19-curbing measures/hygiene. It was also very good value for money.

Indoor windows should had been cleaned (the bathroom's covered curtain window).

Beginning of December, very nice 1 night stay, the swimming pool, Turkish bath and sauna are nice. You should book your spa time area before entering, this is very important that should be written while booking. towel, head towel and bathrobe are given. There are 2 geohermal jakuzi type pool, very hot, fist one has better water pressure. bonnet is obligatory for pools they provide fabric bonnet for 5 TRY.
