This is a cave hotel. Good location, lots of shops nearby. Staff were very nice, allowed us to leave our bags for 6hrs after check-in while taxi was coming. Very comfortable bedding

Heating was not sufficient for the cold weather. There was no toothpaste either.

The room would sometimes have a sewer-like smell. It might be coming from the bathroom.

It was a really nice cave hotel. If a member of your group has knee problems or mobility issues and would still want to experience staying at a cave hotel, I would definitely recommend this hotel. The size of the room was perfect for us 4. Also loved that it was very close to the city center and near lovely restaurants. They also booked our hot air balloon tour which was really lovely!

Size of the room and quieter

Location and breakfast were both good and the staff very helpful. Room was on the small side and noisy as it was right at the front. Thought we were in a “cave bedroom” but turned out we were just in a very ordinary hotel room.

A small negative thing was the absence of a reading lamp and of a second bedside table.

Great hotel in an excellent place, at the heart of Goreme. Our room had a beautiful decoration modern, warm, with furniture of light color wood and a spacious veranda from where we admired every morning the spectacle of hot air balloons in the sky! The breakfast was also very good.Many thanks, specially to Eda in the reception.She is so helpful and always with a shiny smile in her face!

Shower over bath setup was very strange. Ventilation needs to be finished in the bathroom as it’s just a hole in the roof and smells never disappear.

The cost day trip offer from hotel is higher than tourist agents. Make tourist felt unsafe. All price up and down so much. My opinion all tourists should do survey before decisions.

Receptionist help a lot and have as much information about Cappadocia provided. I registered hot balloon but due to my personal issue, hotel reception allow me cancel and return full cost, appreciated so much.

They mentioned the AC was not working which is not convenient as the room was hot. But when we opened the electric unit in the room we could put the AC on and use it. So not sure why this was not mentioned to us
