Lovely apartments right in the centre of everything. Great views from the roof terrace, nice pool area, comfortable beds, friendly host. Everything was great.

Not a major problem but the pool didn't have a shallow end. But thats just us.

Very relaxing, everything you needed was in the room,fully equipped. Ali the owner was lovely and would do everything he could to make your holiday special. Really enjoyed our stay there. Location was perfect,right in the centre.

Location - friendliness - cleanliness - exactly what we wanted - value for money - clean pool - and although in centre of town our room upstairs rear was extremely quiet on an evening Offer of Turkish breakfast every morning on geat roof top terrace great in evening to sit and watch the boats on river

The ironing board cover had been badly scorched and the sole plate of the iron was in a bad state, presumably as a result of the scorching..As we didn't really need to use it,I stupidly forgot to point this out to Ali. Otherwise nothing else was wrong.

Location.Just 50 MTs off Mara's cd.,but very quiet.Apt on the 1st floor,with excellent handrail for negotiating the sharp granite staircase.Lovely roof terrace with views of the boats and river.Unfortunatly is was too breezy when we're there last week to take advantage of it. Kitchen facilities good.4ring gas hob, fridge,pans, crockery,etc. Nothing was too much trouble for Ali.

The room was a bit in need of decoration and repair...door on bathroom didn't close easily. Hair dryer kept cutting out.

We loved terrace on the rooftop with amazing view to the tombs. The host is extremely helpful and supportive. The location is perfect! We really enjoyed Dalyan.

Everything at Dalyando Appartments was excellent. The owner and staff were fantastic and went the extra mile to ensure that our holiday was perfect. We would definitely highly recommend Dalyando Appartments as the place to stay in Dalyan and the best place ever we have stayed at in the 14 years we have been going to Dalyan.

Noise in the evening. But to be expected as you are in the heart of all the bars.

The location is perfect. Rooms are spotlessly clean. Pool is fine. Staff were great.

Very centrally located, big room and kitchen/living room. Small balcony with a river view. Good breakfast on the terrace. And it overlooks the Lycean tombs! Nice host, only parking can be problematic because they close the pedestrian street in the evening.

Was a bit noisy at night as the sounds from the late bars tend to carry down the river and it took some getting used to but that's not the owners fault but something for people to consider if they are very light sleepers. Otherwise everything was great.

The location was very central and a short walk to an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars. The apartment was spacious and the roof terrace was a delight and a lovely place to eat breakfast or supper as overlooking the river. The hosts were very nice and extremely helpful. There was a lovely pool and a small bar next to it.

clean, spacious, lovely views on the balcony. the kitchenette was very useful for preparing milk for the little baby. the staff were very friendly and the host Ali was extremely helpful going out of his way to help with the hospital visits when my child got sick. highly recommend staying.

I would definitely NOT recommend for a single lady !!! The owner kept messaging me, very inappropriate. The location is noisy. The balcony is tiny, with restricted view of the river and not big enough for a table. The noise from air conditioning units outside the restaurant across the road made it impossible for me to enjoy the balcony. The pool doesn't get any sun until mid day. Sunbed mattresses are badly stained. The bar was not open. The breakfast finished at the end of September and there was no information when i booked that told me that. The beds were uncomfortable. The towels were hard. The apartment is very basic and tired. Wardrobe doors don't close. Broken drawer in the kitchen was too hard to open. Handles missing on drawers in the bedroom. It needs some maintenance and freshening up. There were no other guests that we could socialise with. This apartment did not work for me.

The roof terrace is the best feature of these apartments. The view of the river and rock tombs is beautiful. However the central location is noisy. It is a pity we could not have breakfast on the roof terrace. That facility stops on 30th Sept. There was nothing to say that when we booked. I wish there was more I could say I liked, but unfortunately not.

We stayed for one night and were charged for a nights stay along with as we were told 20 Days comission for BOOKing .com £250.00 in total Paid as we were told we couldnt leave without paying

Nothing I read reviews about this hotel and based on this booked. We arrived late evening the room was dated the outside was dirty and had been left over the winter time and un kept. The room was dated bathroom was dirty especially the shower .the fridge had one setting everything was frozen. The bed had one sheet and a blanket. The disco next door had music blaring until 2:30 crowds remained until 0500hrs and we got no sleep No sound proofing as mentioned in reviews couldnt stay there a night longer. Pictures shown by the company must have been taken years ago
