Wifi wasn't stable. The bathroom wall is a bit thin so just be aware not to spoil your romantic vacay ;-)

The decor of the hotel is stunning and unique. The staff is very helpful and friendly. My dad was waiting for me downstairs and they offered him tea and made an effort to communicate in Russian, it was very touching and made him very happy. The location is amazing, you can go anywhere and close to everything :-) The subway station is just downstairs.

There are only 2 small lifts in the building, and you have to wait quite some time before you have one most of the time. Breakfast was poor and could have been better, also cleanliness in the restaurant wasn't good. one time most of tables were empty but not cleaned as only one waiter is serving the whole small Terras restaurant. Last day I skipped breakfast there and want to a nearby coffee shop which served a delicious breakfast.

Location is perfect as it is a walking distance to Taksim and Istiqlal street. Very nice view facing the sea. So many restaurants and coffee shops near the hotel. It is a very lively location and a busy one but in a nice way :) I enjoyed my stay with my sister, I liked the interior decoration and design of my room.

Great hotel, in a great location. Walking distance to most attractions. Good quality in the rooms! the hotel breakfast was acceptable. but most of all very nice and helpful staff and very accommodating. Kenan was one of the staff we liked the most! He always took his time and talked about the little extras, very nice guy. we are super satisfied!

Breakfast

The location is PERFECT, Sisaneh Metro is just 100 meters far from the hotel. The staff was very friendly and very welcomed. We stayed on the 5th floor in a sea-view room which was perfect and comfortable. the view was exceptional. Breakfast was very simple and it was the same for all 4 days we stayed, but acceptable.

Bedroom smelt musty and do with a spruce up - little tired and new towels wouldn’t go amiss.

The location is super. The room looked like in the pictures. The breakfast offers a very decent selection. The breakfast staff are lovely, especially the head chef lady who made an impression (thank you) Last and not least, the reception staff are superb - professional and helpful.

Nothing in particular but the bathroom was a bit small for our room 🤣

Loved the hospitality, staff were really helpful and welcoming. Yicel and Hakan are very friendly and they guided us thoroughly regarding the whereabouts of everything we needed to know. The hotel is placed in a very good location, all major landmarks can be reached conveniently.

The location was very good close to everything and to Istiklal street and galata tower....I like the staff.they were very helpful..for example at the reception Mr.Uger and Mr.Arif..they were very friendly . The staff.at the restaurant on the sixth floor also very friendly.....

We stayed in 1 grand deluxe room, precisely corresponding to the photos posted on the website. It was large with 2 windows and 1 balcony and a view of the golden horn and the bed was very comfortable. Cleaning and breakfast on the terrace are also ok. Perfect location 50 meters from the metro station and within walking distance of Galata Tower and Istikal Caddesi. Excellent all the staff, in particular Hakan and Berkay at the reception who were always very kind, professional and helpful, and provided very useful advices on the city. Thanks again Hakan and Berkay!

The hotel is perfectly located few steps from the Sishane metro station easy access to galata tower and bridge the ottoman design and decoration is simply lovely make us travel back in time as every floor and room has a name of one the sultans my room has the name of Gevher Sultan the daughter of Fatih Sultan Mehmet with a nice view of both Galata Tower and sea side . The rooftop is a big plus with its amazing view On the top of that the great staff who are so friendly and so helpful I would like to thank specially Hakan who was extremely nice and so helpful and also Fatih who are in the reception . I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back on my next trip to Istanbul

The towels were a bit smelly. The shower head was not working but they fixed it in no time. Great service.

We had a wonderful stay at Daru sultan. The staff were amazing. Shout out to Hakkan who helped us plan our day trip in istanbul. He was so nice and was always available for every request. We recommand Daru sultan for its uniqueness, great location and more importantly amazing staff.

Breakfast from the roof top was lovely over looking Istanbul. Great location and our room had a super view from 3 different windows (very large). Staff were really helpful also and quick to respond to any questions I had prior to even arriving at the hotel.
