The pictures on the listing were way way way more better than the actual situation. The room floor were rickety, the room cigarette odor were sticky and very strong. The sex noise that comes from the next door all day and all night makes it impossible for us to be well rested on a business trip.

The staffs were very nice and helpful also the location were very good. The breakfast were good also.

Nobody in hotel speak English?! We had included breakfast and they didn’t give chances to us , to eat in restaurant. Because didn’t work! They bring breakfast in room after asking and waiting around one hour. The girl at reception was nice and the guy who park cars too (they speak little English) AC didn’t work and elevator had some problems. 2 times we was stocked in for while. Our reservation was for 3 but in our room had just 2 towels, ONE shampoo, and just one blanket. To much noise and cigarettes smells

the hotel was very nice! I chose the room with jacuzzi. the room was very big and very spacious. It was very well designed and immaculate. jacuzzi was awesome. staff were helpful. Also, the price was very affordable. I was very satisfied.

Everything was disaster. we took their best room but still couldn’t even breathe in the room. service was horrible, personal with no empathy or experience. My father got injured. they just take your money.

Nothing was like pictures. This place is a disaster. They don’t care about their customers and our trip was ruined.

First of all, from the entrance of the hotel, the staff immediately take care of you and they were all very helpful employees. The price of the hotel was very reasonable compared to the surrounding hotels. The room I stayed in was very clean and quiet. It didn't even smell like cigarettes. There were many restaurants and shopping options in the surrounding area. Honestly, it was way above my expectations. Thanks for your quality services.

the property has water problem,it doesn’t have hot water at all,the staff said they are not plumbers and all the time said it fixed in half an hours!they wants just rent the room,avoid this place

First of all, the reason why I chose this place was its location. location was very nice. There were quite a lot of shopping and transportation options in the surrounding area. The staff working was smiling and very interested. The room I stayed in was very clean and neatly arranged. It didn't even smell like cigarettes. the price was very affordable. I am very pleased with your excellent service. see you next time.

Nothing like the pictures, looks like a brothel and smells like an ashtray. Ended up cancelling the whole booking after seeing the room not fit for human living. Staff rude as anything asked booking to issue them with a sanction due to hygiene standards. Do not recommend at all.

It was dirty, we got there at 1am and nobody spoke English but that wasn’t the biggest of our problems the room was horrible the doors were hard to open and close, the bed didn’t even have a blanket the side table was broken and wall paper scraped off, we could see dirt stains on the bed and overall the place was dirty and we did not feel safe (speaking of safe there wasn’t one in the room) We got there at 1am and left the same morning and nobody even asked us why we left even though we prepaid for the room but paid a cancellation fee and went else where

The only reason we chose the place is because it’s in Nisantasi
