The hotel is located near Galata Tower. Nearby you can find a lot of restaurants, cafes, shops. This hotel.is located inside of a jewellery shop, there is no sign outside. It took me a lot of time to find the hotel.

It's really noisy, facing one of the busy streets in Taksim, and the windows aren't soundproof. The front door is closed during the night, because the entrance is in the back of a souvenir store. I needed to knock and wait for the manager to open the front door to get out for my early morning runs.

Great value for money, and prime location right in the middle of Taksim! 10 min to metro, and to the ferry. Walking distance (long-ish) to Fatih (Grand Bazaar and Blue Mosque). Comfy beds, big room.

The room was too noisy, there was a boiler, not inside the room but probably near by and it was running H24 and during the night was really annoying, without ear caps I wouldn't be able to sleep

I thought it would be nice to have a daily room clean but I stayed only for 3 nights so it wasn't a big problem anyway, and considering what I paid for, the service and room were good enough :)

Very safe and convenient location nearby Istiklal street and Galata Tower, many options for food and shopping. The owner was very friendly and has great hospitality, tried to help me with anything when I asked. He called a taxi for me to the airport which is much cheaper than you call a cab by yourself. You can enjoy some very tasty Turkish tea at the reception. The ground floor is a jewellery shop so you can enjoy shopping as well.

Streets with beggars and pick pockets but its normal because this is a tourist place. Happens anywhere in the world.

Amazing staff. They help you literally with everything. Reception is non stop and they work hard,long hours, to keep this excellent hosting score. Rooms have everything you need and the main street its quiet after 8pm. Location is great but watch out your belongings as phone got stolen near the hotel. Full of pick pockets but otherwise you'll enjoy the stay in a very central place. Note - booking. Com actually hide reviews that are negative to continue cashing in their commission. Don't believe all positive reviews on this website because negative expensive are hidden on purpose. Look for "hidden review because not following our guidelines". I got my negative reviews hidden twice and no follow up and explanation from booking. Com. Fraude like fu**.

Cleaning was not performed during my stay of 2 nights and the bathroom had old shampoo and body gel recipients, indicating that it was not cleaned even before my check-in, and I've made check in around midnight.

Very good location, next to the Galata Tower and a few minutes walking to subway and TRAM stations and Istiklal Caddesi.
