The front staff was so nice and accommodating. I was traveling alone and they arranged everything for me including a hot air balloon ride and private taxi to the best locations. Room was clean, well-decorated, and had an amazing view. I will definitely come back and have recommended the hotel to my friends and family!

This hotel is really the best hotel you could find in Goreme. All the staff were so attentive and helpful. Abdullah helped us book everything last minute, including a hamam massage, the green line tour, balloon tour, a sunset tour and transportation to and from the hotel, and we had the greatest trip. The breakfast was delicious with many choices. We were also able to walk to the sunset point Overall the best hotel you could find in Goreme don’t hesitate to book.

The view of the balloons is spectacular from the rooftop. It was magical. I don’t know how it worked, but their shower had the best water pressure I’ve ever experienced. Great hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends who want to visit Cappadocia.

We have a very pleasant stay in Gedik Cave. The room is very nice and clean. Location is good, near to tourist spot and nice restaurants. Staffs are very helpful, especially Abdullah who helped us helped our tours and balloon ride reservation.

We had good stay at Gedik Cave. Everything was thought of for us and it was very easily organised. Ms. Döndü was a very kind person and chatted with us. I felt being like home due to their hospitality. The breakfast was yummy made by Fatma & Döndü who also take care of us during stayed. The hotel was clean and neat. The location was easy to find, 3 mins by walk from the centre. I really recommend this hotel for everyone.

This stay could not have been better! Apo asked how he could help- whether it be tour suggestions, directions, airport pick-up— whatever we needed he responded instantly. They helped with booking several tours (air balloons) and transfers and even helped with currency exchange. The breakfast was delicious as well.

The location was excellent. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful also Abdullah very sweet and friendly person. We booked our balloon ride and ATV tour through the hotel. Breakfast was the best in Turkey. The hotel has a terrace decorated with carperts and pillows we loved it.

Amazing stay! Beautiful location with a scenic view of Goreme. The room was a spacious authentic cave with all amenities. Our room had a terrace in the front overlooking Goreme which was lovely! The breakfast was a delicious spread-perfect start to the day. Abdullah and his team were very friendly and hospitable.

We arrived. One day late because the airline cancel oye flight. We requested credit for that night and it was declined because we did our reservation through booking.com. We asked a second time for somevtype of reimbursement and nothing was done. So, that was a disapointment. Also, our room had a big termite issue. The staff sprayed the room, but it seems they need more than that.

The hotel is situated at a great location. The staff at the reception area was wonderful, special thanks to Alex who went above and beyond to make sure my stay was very comfortable. My cave room was roomy and comfortable. The terrace on the 5th floor has an incredible panoramic view of the city, and early in the morning, you can watch the hot air balloons taking off, an incredible experience not to miss! The breakfast was nice. I enjoyed my stay there, it was an unreal experience staying in a cave room. I’ll definitely recommend Gedik Cave Hotel to friends and family.
