Absolutely everything. The best is the staff and especially Kassem. I think there is no better location than Sirkeci : the bosphorus is 5 mins by feet and Sultanahmet 10 mins. The transports are also very close (tramway, ,marmaray under the hotel). The view during the breakfast is absolutely amazing, one of the best I've seen of Istanbul. Easy to hear the neighbours. This was not good when you have kids or people snoring.

Staff were fantastic. Could not be more helpful! The location next to the main railway station (where the Orient Express used to depart) was so convenient for all main attractions. Breakfast was also great.

The city and river view of the room that we had was nice, but it was loud some times with the mosque right next to the hotel (cf. Ramadan time). Maybe a room in another part of this nice hotel could be better, since there is a very nice view from the top of the hotel where breakfast is served

I will definitely choose Glamour Hotel again! Highly recommended. People work here seems all nice. A HUGE THANK YOU to Orhan and Kasim, first of all. Their communication and hospitality were amazing. Orhan kindly asked me a ride booking to the airport, which I was going to ask, but it totally slipped from my mind.... but he kindly asked me if he knew! Also, because of my flight time was so late night, they prepared me a big yummy sandwich & drink with no charge! That sandwich was really good and helpful while waiting in the Istanbulairport, too! Kasim, a very friendly gentleman, kindly offered me a cup of tea and had a great chat with him while waiting for my ride. These are great teamwork with 5 star hotel hospitality! I enjoyed breakfast while staying in the hotel every day.. Amazing view from the restaurant and breakfast buffet was nicely displayed, and I tried several foods including traditional Turkish foods and they were all tasty. In addition, Breakfast Restaurant manager guy (sorry I missed his name) who was there every morning also very nice! Seeing his nice smiling face in the morning brings a good day start ☺️

All the staff, starts from the check-in desk. Everyone welcomes us like we are home. The terrace view is marvelous. The room was clean. We didn't need to wait more than 3 minutes for an extra blanket. Thanks to Mr.Kasim,Mr.Hassan and Mr.Yunes.
