Thick walls, so you hear every wold from neighbours. And looks like you on the street. The rest is ok!

Great view from window, breakfast was okey on top building terrace with great view. Very friendly and helpfull staff. So, good for those who travel on public transport and those who value view from property. 80m from metro. 5min walk to Sultanahmed area.

One small minus was mattress, from one side it was broken.

Great location!! Everything very close,metro station in 1 min away, pier with ferries just 10 min walk. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Very good breakfast with breathtaking view.

Compare to price we paid (6 months in advance, non refundable rate) it was overpriced with what this hotel offers. Room was small. We requested higher floor six months before and we were at 4th floor from 7. Very disappointed with breakfast.

This hotel is well located with a nice sea view. Bed was comfortable and good shower. Staff was very friendly and helpful and we would like to thank Yunus, Deniz, Orhan and cleaning ladies. Breakfast terrace was really nice.

The quality of the food at the hotel restaurant isn't the best. It can get extremely better and it's the easiest thing to improve to be honest. It's definitely small for a hotel in a city as big as Istanbul. The stairway (although of course theres an elevator) the rooms and the beds are all narrow. I thought I was gonna fall if I turned while sleeping . Thankfully, the shower space is more than enough. The location makes up for it, since it ensures you safety due to large crowds and constant lighting, even though you don't have to worry about safety in Istanbul, they're all nice and helpful. In general though, I thought it would provide larger spaces as I viewed the pictures on booking.com. That was disappointing, but I think not as important as the hygiene part.

All things considered it was a good option 👌 . The location of the hotel can't be more suitable for a tourist. It's close to everything important on the historical side of the city, thus you can walk your way to everywhere. Even across the Galata bridge to Galata. I think it's pretty much 30 min walking. The view of the restaurant up top is great, it captures the Galata area (and the Galata tower) on the other side of the homonymous bridge and some other sites 180°. The staff were beyond kind and considerate from the 1st minute we got to the hotel, all the way till the last. They helped us carry the luggage from the car to the hotel, which was a 200 meters distance and after we checked in and had some tea they offered, the concierge in charge told me every little detail I needed to know since it was my first trip to the city. Places to eat, to drink coffee, a hamam place and of course all the sites. There's a parking lot nearby, which can't come in any more handy and it costs close to 6 Euros per day, maybe less cuz if I recall it's 160 Turkish lira a day (90 TIR = 3 €). And last but not least it was as clean as it gets. The room didn't have a hint of dirt and it's an important feature of a hotel. From the floor to the bathroom and the sheets, all clean.

Location is excellent all major historical places are with in walk. Eminonu, sea is just few steps. The food and shopping all around. Sirkeci metro train station is adjacent and Sirkeci tramway station is just few steps

The staff is really kind!!! The service is great, good breakfast, you can have water, tea, coffee in the room for free and my husband receive a cake for is birthday!! It was a really kind attention and we loved it. They also give us sandwiches and juices because we had to go early at the airport and when we forget some souvenirs they send us a foto. You also have a splendid view at the rooftop!! Thanks to all the great staff for everything!!! We recommend this hotel 100% and we will go back there the next time that we go to Istanbul. Ah and the location is perfect !!

It was not a problem for us on the contrary, but know that you will be waken up by the call for prayer early morning.

Location perfect, 10min by foot from sultanamet and 5min by foot from istanbul Bazar, Bosphorus and tramway/boat station that drives you anywhere. Very dynamic place with a lot of restaurant and shops near the hotel Hotel and room were clean Breakfast was fine and good with a super view on Istanbul And thanks to the employees who were very kind, helping and always smiling !

So far nothing to complain for the price I paid.

We booked for an overnight stay for our recent cruise trip. They gave me a free upgrade to a room for 4 pax, as when I booked for 3A1C, booking.com suggested me a triple room, but they think it's too small for my family, so there goes a free upgrade. And they provide us with a taxi the next day to the port terminal at a reasonable price. Love their rooftop restaurant, having meals with a great view! I forget to bring a universal adaptor, and the hotel provided me one free of charge. And the location of this hotel is excellent, just come out from the hotel, restaurants and shops everywhere!

Sometimes the WiFi doesn’t work. Especially in the evening/night. I think it was overloaded when to many people are in their rooms.

The location is amazing in the middle of the centrum. You have direct access to the tram and metro or can just walk to the main attractions. You have an amazing view very the City and Bosporus while breakfast or if you lucky via your room.
