no noise proofing, all guest can hear eachother from the wall and doors, the wifi is ok

the rooms and toilet are as in the foto, the staff is very nice and friendly, ready to help with any thing, the most important bed and pillows are comfortable which matter alot during traveling time, the location is at very active place, full of shops, markets, restaurants and its very close to metro station

One thing could be better is the bathrooms. There is a bit of unfreshed smell after leaving it closed for a long time. And my towel had a stain.

I think this hotel is underrated. It is a fancy hotel for its surroundings. The staff was very kind and helpful. Location is great, walking distance to everything. I stayed as single woman and felt safe totally. Beds were really comfortable.

Room House keeping need to do at least who stay longer period like us. We stayed for 7 nights. But housekeeping not done.

Location is good. Low price Supermarket and budget food shop near hotel. That is the best advantage.

They didn't change the towels every day if not requested to do. The door difficult to open. Bathroom was very old.

I wouldn't say I liked the room, first of all, the bathroom had an open drain so it smelled bad all the time. Also, the temperature of the water wasn't stable. I started getting a bath and in the meantime, it burnt and also freeze. It was so difficult for me to take a normal shower. Then the toilet cover was broken and 2 times it slip and almost I fell out. Lastly was the A/C that was so dirty and dusty I didn't use it, so I had the door open and mosquitoes made a party in my room.

The staff were very friendly and so polite. They helped me with anything I asked. I asked for information, they helped me, I asked for water, and they gave it to me without even paying them. They were professionals

The room was cancelled on the morning of our flight from the UK which panicked us. We were able to re-book a room but at a higher price just before we boarded our plane. On arrival at Istanbul I received a mail saying that there was an issue with my credit card but that was incorrect. I then had to contact the hotel directly to ensure that the room booking was confirmed. Thankfully it was. I became suspicious that the hotel were just after a higher price for the room.

- Nice but dirty room. The floor is clean, but the walls are not. I cleaned the light switches, because they were dirty. The bedding was clean, but the mattress was very dirty. Glass of shower was dirty. - Faucet, shower head lost chrome plating. - Too dark. The bathroom is very dark. - No sound isolation - My neighbors smoked regulary and the smoke went into my room. - Very noisy street - a lot of small factories in the street and traffic jams - Wifi was bad in my room.

My first room was the worst experience of my life due to the sewage smell from the bathroom sink in room No.504. I went to the hotel desk, and the guys gave me another room. My holiday turned into a great experience, thanks to Mehmed. Rooms should be thoroughly cleaned under the bed and sofa. When I moved s single piece of the sofa there was dust, hair and some particles. The hotel is noisy, mainly due to families with kids from the Middle East.

Communication with the front desk, especially Mehmed - (a very responsive young employee.), I also liked the location.
