Breakfast was pretty poor. And cars were passing by all the time so you could hear horns every minute (for some reason Turks use it all the time, no matter what time).

Beds, room in general, location was nice, close to the sightseeing area.

Wifi connection in the room was not great, could be better. Poor variaty of breakfast meals.

Location is amazing, our room was clean, cozy, very good sound isolation from the street noises (1st floor).

The elevators are too small and can be difficult for people with reduced mobility to fit in. We arrived early to take breakfast and some of the food was still cold.

Location was very good. Buffet breakfast was included. Additionally there were many restaurants in the neighborhood. It was easy to go to the principal tourist attractions by foot from the hotel. It is also very close to the T1 tram. We felt safe arriving even by night. Personnel was very helpful and gave us good indications and help when needed. We had room with balcony and the view was super. The building looks old from outside, but is clean and correct inside.

"BREAKFAST", We stayed for 4 days and all 4 days it was the same breakfast which was not satisfactory. Atleast omelette, chicken and live counter is required.

No ketlle or coffee facility in the room. Location of hotel is very far from Istanbul airport about an hour's drive.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, excellent location for site seeing especially in and around the old city.

Its a nice place for a short stay. I would not select it with my family as i usually book a four/ five star but for budget traveler its a reasonable choice. Location is also fine, its around 10-15 mins walk to blue mosque, topkapi and hagia sofia.

The uphill walk to the attractions was fine for us, especially as it was winter, but may be a problem for some folks.

This hotel was allocated to us as part of the Turkish Airlines Istanbul Stopover free accommodation program, which is a great idea. We extended one more night at a very reasonable cost. Good location within a pleasant 5 - 10 mins walk of the Grand Bazaar, Sultanahmet and the Çemberlıtaş Tram stop that connects to Galata, Eminonu etc. Breakfast was good. The room was reasonably well renovated although the building seems on the aged side.

Toilet/bathroom should have shampoo/conditioner/ shower gel included. Had body lotion though.

Location is close to all popular attractions. Grand Bazaar is just round the corner. Street food is also close by. Only recommended if you are willing to walk steep roads up and down. It's actually what Istanbul is all around. Hotel breakfast was warm and good. Cleanliness was very good. I would appreciate if bathrooms had shampoo and conditioner in them too. Definitely will stay there again.

Toiletries, very inferior, Shampoo made hair dry but no conditioner. No hand cream. I forgot my toothpaste but they told me they don't have any. Toilet, although new but smelly. Wash basin drain chocked. Slow drain. Their should be a table & chair in the room.. We booked double bed, but instead, they gave us two single beds. Rigid on checkout time. They should keep street map for visitors. These are small areas for improvement, not a major issue.

Location, very central. All areas to visit are in close vicinity with a max walking of 10 minutes. Build your energy as you need to walk uphill. So enjoy the breakfast which is good with spacious room. Do not miss to eat Shazade ceg kebab. Delicious

Bit far to walk at night from the main nightlife area. Very few English TV stations to choose from. Not even Sky News lol
