I can say there was hardly anything that I can say I didn’t like the only thing was we didn’t know we had to ask to clean our room and when we did it took a bit of time for them to do but generally they did do it at the end and it was all good

It's a small thing, but there was no rod in the closet to hang clothes. Odd.

The hotel is in a great location. Off the main streets but still close enough to be a 5 minute walk. The room was quiet. The breakfast was incredible.

The only thing that I can mention is about swimming pool, based on property pictures, I thought it should be bigger than this. But to me the yard ambiance was perfect and covered my expectation.

I had a wonderful experience at the ABC Hotel. Nice and friendly staff & management, helpful and always available. Great ambiance and location. Recommend to learn some Turkish key words before your trip😉 but for me that was a fun part to translate everything and I learned more.

the common seating areas are very close to the rooms sometimes blocking the way.

If i have to mention the value was a little bit high and bathroom lightening doesn’t work and the lack of ironing was bad. but these are not big deal.

actually everything was so good especially staffs were so kind and friendly, the atmosphere of hotel was so cozy. the main manager or hotel’s owner was very very kind.

One of the head towels got colored by the hair color and they charged extra fee with a very offensive attitude although they could normally ask for it. The hair color thing could have happened to anyone so we weren't expecting this kind of manners from this kind of a good hotel.

Breakfast was not what we are used to in Turkey. Did not have housekeeping for 2 days out of 6. During check out I was told that I have to pay an extra amount. When I asked what it was for, because we did not make use of any extras, I was being told that it was because of the difference in the exchange rate between the date we booked and the date that we left (the payment of the stay was completed in advance). The employee at the reception did not show any paper/form either, which you are supposed to get when you’re paying for extras while checking out.

The hotel itself is wonderful. The decoration/interior design, the garden etc. The rooms are also quite new which was nice.

I am really surprised when i am reading this reviews. i can not imagine that this reviews are true, never ever. i am reading and thinking is this same hotel we are talking about. About food ok everybody has its own taste, but how can i trust that this people loved service, facifilites, cleanness, bathroom. never ever i cannot imagine . This is 2 star very low budget hotel, they never cleaned the room i was asking every day after beach why its dirty again and no answer, asking for towels every day and bagging to bring it. Air conditioner was switching off in 30-40 minutes once , than i needed to call someone they where switching off electricity from the main box than switch on and air conditioner was on and same in every 40 minutes . I really can not imagine that this reviews are true. I am writing to help people and survive from the worst holidays . Never pay this money for this hotel. food, service, rooms, bathroom, pillow air conditioner

I can't fault this Hotel

We couldn't fault this Hotel, location excellent The hotel is a beautiful family run hotel in a great location easy walking distance to bars and restaurants. Staff and owners were very friendly and incredible helpful and welcoming. The Turkish breakfast in the morning was more then expected, great selection of food, very tasty and fresh. We stayed there for two nights and it exceeded our expectations, we loved it so much that we extended our stay an extra night. Unfortunately the photos on booking.com doesn't do the hotel justice. We stayed in a standard room in which it was on the small size but it really didn't matter as the vibe in hotel was so relaxing. I can't fault this Hotel We highly recommended The ABC Hotel. We can not wait to visit again.

We stayed in a hotel for 5 days. The hotel is located very well. It's like 30m distance from the main street where all cafes, restaurants, pubs, and shops are located. Despite being far away from the sea you can use hotel transfers or taxis to reach the beach. Also, ask personnel to reserve for you a place on private beaches because most of them require so if you don't they (private beach) may not allow you to come in. The most amazing is about this place the personnel. All guys are young and positive. Never saw so much good attitude. The breakfast is the usual Turkish breakfast set that includes many things that in the end you couldn't be able to manage to eat all of them cuz there are a lot. The design of the hotel is also amazing and comfortable. Very recommend.

You feel controlled in that hotel all day. The owner is making several rounds in order to check what people do, eat and speak. You do not feel free. Employees are being exploited with very low salaries. I have agreed a fixed room price in EUR but when I arrived the administration told me that they are only able to charge the room price in Turkish Lira where I had a loss of EUR 100 at the end which is primitive and inacceptable. The breakfast is mostly all day the same and there is not much variation. If you like to stay at the hotel and get tanned, there is not much sunlight during daytime as the interior area has lots of plants and trees which cover the sun from shining inside. No daily coffee and water in the room for free consumption and the prices in the minibar are overpriced. Shower gel and shampoo are not being provided on a daily basis, only on request. I booked the place for 4 weeks and after 2 weeks of stay I decided to change and leave the hotel because there were several reason I was not happy with but the owner has not accepted a reimbursement of my payment of the remaining two weeks that I needed to stay and looked for people on my own who were keen to take over my room for a certain payment. I would definitely NOT recommend this place to future visitors. There is a bundle of good choices you can go and have a good time but definitely not this one.

It is worth mentioning that while there is wifi everywhere in the hotel, I wouldn’t count on it for heavy downloads (like movies) or high quality video calls. Nevertheless it is more than good for general use (messaging, social media, etc).

Our stay here was wonderful! The staff was attentive to our every needs, very friendly yet extremely professional. The rooms were comfortable and clean - with a fully equipped bathroom and well stocked fridge. The architecture and the decoration of the hotel was lovely and carefully chosen, adding to the beauty of the place. The environment made us feel truly at peace and comfortable. The breakfast and the food were delicious. The hotel’s central location in Alacati was perfect to discover the village and the surroundings. If you wish to enjoy the beauty of the region while staying in a place that feels like home, I would 100% recommend Hay Hotel.
