The lift was a bit too small, barely fitting 4 people inside.

The staff. We told the receptionnist to book a taxi for us at 5 am as our flight was at 8 am. The taxi was late and we asked the receptionnist why the taxi wasn't there yet, he told us to get our money and get off at 5 am .... that was very rude of them....

The location of the hotel is exceptionnel. It was very close to the blue mosque and aya sophia :)

The staff is amazing, friendly, polite and very helpful. The hotel location is very nice, and near to the metro. The hotel cleanliness is excellent. The breakfast was good, no much varieties, but it was convenient.

The wifi it was horrible. A man screamed for 2 hours in the bathroom and was not helped by the staff, he was even ignored. He got stuck in the bathroom because of the quality of the doors.

Location is fantastic, close distance for every attraction. The breakfast was very good, staff was kind and helpful. All hotel was clean. The staff every day tidied up the room and changed the towels. Good value for the money.

The room was very outdated and smelled of damp the curtains looked like they have never been washed the smell was bad mould around the seals of the shower the mini bar empty when questioned nothing was done about it just yes we know the breakfast was not great all cold food so don’t expect hot breakfast the tv not working no instructions on how to operate the safe they charge €85 per night for family room but online we paid a lot more new bedding is thrown on the floor near elevator so hardly organised the terrace is a nice view but don’t expect a lot from this hotel manager is rude the other guy was nice they charged €55 to get pick up from airport to hotel save your money and go via Booking.com for hotel transfer much cheaper and is nice

I thought they'll give us 1 time use toothpaste (like most of the hotels do) but they didn't for some reason, although they did give us shampoo and soap. I just didn't want to carry big toothpaste with myself but I was disappointed a little bit. BUT! Still a great value for the money, so it's awesome.

The room was really small, there was no headboard on the bed and the bed was very squeaky. Would make lot of noise as you turned while sleep the shower is really small.

The location is great as it is stone throw away from sultanahmet Square. Shops, restaurants are close by.

The staff was extremely rude and ill mannered. They were blackmailing for a good review. The quality of breakfast was very low with no good options. Door of the bath room was damaged and couldn't be locked. The wash basin was broken. There was no air freshener. No ventilation in bath room. Main door lock was damaged. Photos will attest my words. The tv was just 32 inches and old technology. The reception would be most of the time without staff. One day I just requested for a cup of hot water to prepare milk feeder for the baby and they demanded one dollar for one cup of hot water. There was no humanity. A family with little kids arrived in front of me just twenty minutes before check in time and they were refused check in. They were asked to come after twenty minutes even though they were tired and the little kids were weeping.
