The is literally no noise isolation, you can hear people walking up and down the stairs, so ear plagues are a good idea in that bothers you.

The apartment is very conveniently located - right in the center (2 min from Galata Tower) but on a quiet side street. Very cosy, with cute furniture and all the necessary amenities. The check-in/check-out was super-easy.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Kolemen House. Everything looked so authentic - the walls, the decor. The place is very spacious, a large living room/kitchen, a bedroom downstairs. We were provided a crib, which is always a good bonus. The location is very nice - close to Galata Tower, Taksim and shopping street. Lots of cafes around with very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this place.

The apartment is quite noisy because of wooden floors throughout (particularly if you're on the ground floor with people above, as we were), but there's no street noise. The Wi-fi is also problematic. Intermittent, sparse and our phones raised security alerts daily which meant we were hardly able to connect. This might not matter if you're just holidaying but if you need to work at all it might prove challenging.

A lovely apartment in the perfect location, tucked away on a quiet street, close to the Galata Tower and one of the loveliest neighbourhoods. We had a delightful stay with our 2 teenagers.

Nothing really, although staying in this part of town means you need to have good mobility and not mind hills or stairs. Walks to public transport can be a challenge, so we took a taxi when going to and from the airport with our luggage.

The loacation is fabulous, in a very hip and what felt like, safe part of the city. Close to Galata tower, Galata port and Istiklal street. Our host was very fast to respond to questions and let us leave our luggage earlier than our check-in time , which helped us immensely. Great to have a washing machine and iron. I would definitely stay here again.

Seems that previous guests smoked inside the apartment, it would be nice to wash curtains. Wi-fi is slow and not very stable. Not very comfy beds.

Everything about the place was perfect. The location was perfect and in near proximity of Galata tower and many trendy shops and cafés. Also there is a supermarket nearby if you need anything. The host was very helpful and accommodating. He help us many times and reply very fast. The apartment was clean and have everything I needed. The heating system works great and also there is A/C. There is a kettle, stove and also Iron. Will definitely book this place again and recommend it.

These are not complaints just info for the people that I wish someone would have told me. first of all since it's not a new building there's no elevator. So keep in mind if you have heavy luggages. Some people write that it was loud, yeah true that you can hear noises of other people but I don't know how much the property responsible for that, instead of grown ups who don't know that they're in a building so they should not make loud noises after at some point e.g 22.00. But my main problem was the bed was squeaking a lot so whenever I move the bed was making sounds and I couldn't have a pleasant sleep during the night.

The location was good, walking distance to main hot spots. My suggestion is to walk around the nice little streets and find a local cafe or restaurant to eat, you won't regret it. The staff was super nice and helpful we made an easy check in and check out with the instructions (fyi you can't pay with credit card). I like the decoration of the home, even though the days we didn't go out we stayed and chilled at home. In the kitchen you can find every utilities you can ask for. The washing machine and the iron also was a plus. In the bathroom there were enough shampoo etc. for the stay. Housekeeping was a nice person. All the best

Good day, Kolemen Homes! I would like to leave a review on your hotel. Me and my girlfriend stayed there for 3 days and after traveling in Turkey, we decided to stay at your hotel again. To list some of the advantages that we found were: comfortable location - that is everything we needed was nearby, such as bazaars, cuisines, Galata tower; even though the hotel was located next to one of the main roads, it was quiet in our flat; the flat was small, yet everything in it was cozy. We were satisfied with everything and hope to stay at your hotel again when we will visit Instanbul.

Perfect location if you want to explore the center of Istambul. Everything is within walking distance, including metro station. Quiet street, clean apartment, kind and responsive host, a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. If we come back to Istambul, we will definitely stay at the same place.

You need to make the lighting in the living room brighter. But it's not critical.

Good evening to all! We chose these apartments for our vacation and have never regretted our decision. We really liked everything. The apartment has absolutely everything: from the kitchen and all kitchen accessories to the ironing board and iron. There is a washing machine, laundry powder, toiletries, towels and so on. The apartment has a great location: a fairly quiet street, and the Galata Tower is just around the corner. We were very impressed by the narrow streets, vintage shops that were located next to the apartment. We are very glad that we settled here. We are grateful to Hulya, who explained everything to us in detail: how to open the door, where to get the keys and how the payment will take place, since for security reasons from the coronavirus, the settlement takes place contactless. It’s wonderful location right in the middle of the action but in a quite corner. Host is wonderful, answered all questions very fast. Apartment is cozy and clean.

> The place might be the best for two person, or if more, only for short stay. we were 4 people and stayed for a week and two of us were sleeping on the sofa which was not that comfortable, we had back aches after sleeping on that sofa more than two nights. The bed in the bedroom was great though. > our flat was in the firs floor, hence it was quite dark and didn't have good lighting during the day (although we asked for a ground floor flat ourselves, and it is nothing to blame the owner for)
