The owner prepared a nice Turkish breakfast with different homemade jams, eggs prepared of my choice… The bed was made with really clean sheets, a smell and feel that does not lie. I haven’t slept so good in ages and extended my stay for another night. On the second floor is a spacious terrace with view on the sea, beautiful to sit and rest or read with the late afternoon sun, to warm you up (it’s April). The walk into town along the seaside is pleasant. There are buses, too, very close by. Very fair price for the value. I was very pleased. Teşekkürler 🤩

It’s wrong expression about to access to beach. There is no any beach which belong the hotel. There is no access to beach through hotel. Everything was exceptional except to access beach.

Cleanness and backyard of the hotel was amazing. The sea view is beautiful and really ease all your stress.

Google did not provide the right location. I ended up at a neighbour's place. I asked her and she knew the owner and so easily direct me to Mavis place.. Booking.com SHOULD NOT collect our credit detail since the owner is collecting cash from us. Booking.com should change their policies.

Quiet. No blasting of noise in early morning. Place is very quiet. Just cats and neighbor's dogs - you feel good they are there to warn of possible intruders Owner collected Cash from me and issued Receipt. Very professional. So Booking.com MUST REMEMBER NOT TO CHARGE my credit card !!!

We had a quadruple room and the bathroom is a bit small for four adults, but we managed.

the leafy garden is fantastic to relax, the breakfast is excellent and varied, prepared by a chef, the room had a sea view and the village of Ayvalik is 30 minutes walk away and a real beauty!

The sheets were too small for the beds, they exposed the mattresses and the cover sheets were too light. we stayed for several nights and they never cleaned or tidied the rooms throughout. Wifi Signal was very patchy

The key to the outside door jammed easily, really needs a new lock. I'd have liked a top sheet to go under the blanket

The pension is old fashioned and charming and set in a lovely garden where we had a delicious Turkish breakfast. Great location out of Ayvalik but close enough to walk in. It's very close to the sea but the beaches are further away. You can also get a dolmus into town or to the beach The host, Onor was extremely friendly and welcoming. Very enjoyable experience.

Fantastic pension run by a lovely family, amazing fresh breakfast, good location, 20 min walk into town or jump on dolmus to town or otherway to beach. Clean room, good shower, nice tables/chairs in garden area to sit around in. Very helpful (English speaking) son who cooks very good omelette for breakfast, thank you

Really great family run house accommodation, they make fresh breakfast for you all organic amazing Turkish breakfast. Neat and clean and the location is perfect just 1 minute walk from the beach

First time in my life I had to sleep in the room with spiders in all corners, and with ants in the bed. The mansion itself is very old, but still even such an old building can be cared about, renovated and cleaned. But the owners seem to not care at all
