Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Czech RepublicThe hotel stay was OK. The area is beautiful, sun, mountains, sea. The hotel is located 5-10 minutes from the sea, which is good. The beach is clean, you can always find a place. The hotel itself is a stable four stars, but the hotel does not reach five stars. We recommend carrying out a general reconstruction and updating of the interior + coming up with an interesting animation program. We met a large number of people who have been coming to this hotel for years.

Ireland*Bar staff in the hotel - especially women. The service was poor and unprofessional. A lady serving ice-creams was also tired of her job I guess - a simple smile would change a lot here! *Poor english language at the hotel. *A second pool near the beach has broken tiles inside the pool so be carefull! My daughter has cut her foot while playing in the pool. However the staff has been informed about the incident, not much has been done about it, the hole was still there the next day and the days after ...
Nice view in the surrouding area. Food was good but mostly repeating.

South AfricaAlmost no one can speak English... and I find the majority of the staff extremely rude! The Technical manager is also part of the problem... There are exceptions, as there were allot of staff that was super friendly, even though we couldn't understand one another...
The food was good, there was a big variety. It was neat and clean. Was really nice overall. The entertainment was also really nice. Had a very pleasant experience with one of the staff. His name was Marcus and he works at the massage and spa department. He was super helpfull and friendly during our entire stay.

RomaniaThe quality of drinks, not very good. The all inclusive is in fact a decent four stars! No balcony. The sunbeds on the private beach of the hotel sometimes not enough and at some moments there were not only for the guests of the hotel!
The room was large and clean. Every day the maid cleaned the room and changed the used towels and put new supplies. The pool is amazing, the beach is close but the hotel is not on the beach. The food is plenty, but decent not something extraordinary. There is a chef that makes pide, wonderful. Gozleme at the pool bar and on the beach at aqua park beach. We appreciate this very much. We received a basket of fruits and a bottle of wine in the first day, but the big surprise was that on my birthday I found a birthday cake in the room! Thank you again for this!

Switzerland-noisy if you are on the swiming pool side (due to the entertainment). We changed room and all was good -the cleaning of the table was not always done well -room service doesn't work at all hours -wardrobe with limited size for staying for 2 weeks (we left several clothes in the luggages)
