Traffic around the hotel is not fantastic, but that is just Istanbul.

Location was fantastic for walking to the Mosques and not far from the tram line. They went out of their way to help me.

We are still delighted with our stay at the hotel. Believe me, we have seen many hotels of different levels in different countries, but we cannot remember such a wonderful feeling from the sincere care of the staff and the owner, who personally greeted guests every day at breakfast and attentively and kindly clarified all their needs and comments. Important is that all these wishes had always been fulfilled. Breakfast, by the way, was always tasty, substantial and varied, especially for such a small hotel. A personal cup of Turkish coffee in a traditional serving at the request of the guest was a very pleasant addition. The spacious rooms are perfectly clean and have a pleasant smell. On our next visit to Istanbul, we will definitely not consider any one hotel but Muyan Suites. Thanks a lot!!!

Phenomenal place. These guys go out of the way to help you. We had booked tickets to a stadium and don’t speak Turkish. The hotel was kind enough to send their personnel with us on a 45 min ride to the stadium to help us get tickets. Rooms are awesome size. Great breakfast and very helpful and informative staff.

The location was excellent and the staff very nice. At our arrival, there was an issue with the reservation, but the owner solved it right away.

The internet service on our floor did not function well. The staff was helpful in trying to reset the router however the problem was not fully resolved during our stay. The boat tour that was recommended was nothing special and the guides disappointing given the incredible history and beauty of the region.

It was a room to the back, and when opening the window, the AC units outside were fairly loud.

The breakfast must have been one of the best I ever had in a hotel, it was really awesome, and the rooftop view coming with it was just.. perfect :)

- Our room didn't have any particular view (it was facing a wall) though we spent all day outside so it wasn't really a deal breaker. - Poor sound isolation, especially early in the morning where we could hear loud footsteps above that did wake us up.

- Great location of the hotel, very close to the historic heart of Istanbul. - Spacious room (deluxe), clean and comfortable with all necessary facilities. It's also located in a quiet neighborhood which is rare in this city. - Breakfast is delicious and varied with a nice rooftop view. - Staff members are kind, amazing and always ready to help. - We really enjoyed our stay overall, special thanks to Haci, the owner, for making this experience an unforgettable one, we would definitely return!
