It was very conveniently situated to walk to all the top attractions in the old city. Ferdie was very helpful. The room was very clean. In spite of the very small room it was good value for the reasonable price.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable for babies 1 year and over. The location is strategic, near Hagya Sophia, Sultanahmed, tram/metro. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor, also close to the Indonesian Restaurant Warung Ibu Deden. Thank God it's comfortable.

Improve heating, room felt cold, could have done temperature control. No lift.

8-10 minutes walk to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. The staff are very friendly and helpful, going beyond what is required of them. They helped us arrange a day trip to Ephesus and showed us where to buy souvenirs. Internet connection is very fast. Definitely value for your money.

Great location and wonderful staff! Very cool roof tarace with lovely view. The location is perfect - 5 min from Hagia Sophia and rest of the attractions. The room was basic but very clean.There's a small shop with drinks and snacks right next to the hotel. But the best thing about this place is definitely the staff - helpful in every situation. Even though it is obvious that they really try to keep it clean, there is some space for improvement there. For example the syphon in the bathroom was barely draining the water, thus you couldn't stay more than 2min.

The hotel is 5min away from Hagia Sofia and The Blue Mosque, also close to a tram stop, which makes travelling around the city very easy. It has a small terrace with a view of the sea.

We got the family room.It was spacious with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The bathroom was clean. Blankets and towels were clean. The positive part of the hotel is its location. 5min walk to Blue mosque, Hagia Sofia.. nearby many restaurants and grocery shops..They have a roof top restaurant too. bus stop 2min walk.

I was told before I arrived and when I arrived and paid, that check-in was at 2:00, when in fact it was after 3:00. I mention this because I think it is important for other travelers to know. The shower in the room is disconnected. I think this can be remedied immediately. If repaired it would be a very good shower with good water pressure. Lastly, there was a lot of noise late at night with the sound of a cat running amok and growling and attacking the room door. There was feces in front of our room when we checked out in the morning. This is not the hotel's fault. I just think they should take measures to prevent cats from entering the floor where the guest rooms are located. It is not hygienic for the travelers and it reduces the stress for the cleaning staff, so it is mutually beneficial.

You can walk to places of interest. The train station is close on the map, but in reality it is hilly and feels far away if you have large luggage. We arrived earlier than our check-in time, but they kept our luggage and we were able to go sightseeing without leaving it. The reply to our messages was fast. The rooms are clean.

Actually there was no avaliable parking nearby, probably it would be better to arrive ar evening to catch a space in the parking. Also there was bad smell in the bathroom.

Located in an excellent location near to all main attractions and so many good restaurants of Istanbul. I must mention about Mr Ferdi & Mohamed. They were very helpful, friendly and always keen to manage all the problems. Hotel is also very budget friendly. As per these, that hotel should get 10 on 10. Only problem was the size of the room, smaller in reality than my expection and their given pictures. It was a bit hard to manage space. But its also true that you are getting it on a good deal in an excellent location.

If you visit Istanbul for the first time this is an excellent place to stay, few steps away from Sultan Ahmed and Topkapi. If you are second time or regular visitor you may find the location little bit busy and annoying. The stuff is very friendly and polite and when we asked the room to be cleaned it was done thoroughly. The room is very small, that's the major downside of the hotel. If you need a place to make a cup of tea or eat something away from the bed you wouldn't find some.
