They are not serving towels in SPA. Staff in the adult +18 was not smiling and highbrow Safran restaurant serving staff forgetful during the dinner.

Welcome by hotel staff , house keeping , food quality and zoom bar in the hotel was perfect.

Pools are not heated and were colder than the sea at the beginning of April.

Extremely friendly personal - and very service oriented. We booked 4 rooms for the whole our family and they found the solution to place us next to each other, even we had different types of rooms. Many thanks for this! Super green area, small houses, very clean beach area - just pure love! First hotel in Turkey I want to come back!

Perhaps everything was fine, maybe room floor mopping could have been done a bit better for baby crawling

We traveled with our one year old baby and we liked particularly that food was there in place together with milk and microwave to feed our baby. So we didn’t have any issues with feeding: pure, soup, porridge, mash potatoes, soft vegetable crockets - all was suitable for baby to eat. In addition to that kids club has nice facilities to play for baby. I think it’s a very good family concept hotel for families with children and I would definitely recommend this

Children paradise, programs and animators are great for kids and adults too. The staff is exceptional, friendly and helpful in a pleasant and respectful way. Bedrettin, the barista is a star, a really nice person.

Very close to beach, also the pools are close to each other that give us the ability to move from one to another, the pool’s activities are very joyful for the family and the nights shows. villa rooms are quite and the size is good for family, the food is good as there are many varieties available

The food wasn’t good as before. There weren’t any meal with beef.

All facilities were good. But some people take many seats in the swimming pools and leave others without. They can put their towels to take all places. This has to be managed by the hotel.

Location is close to the city. All activity (child area, water slides, pool games, night shows, disco, garden party) is amaizing . The team is very polite. The food is diversified and cover all needs. Recomand to vizit SATURDAY BELEK BAZAR.

The place is very wonderful, the food is delicious in the restaurants, and the staff were wonderful. I would like to thank Shuaib from the rental office and the car service. He gives us the best advice regarding shopping places and making tours. He was very nice, and also the employee Sultan, who is responsible for the residents of the lake villa, she was very kind.

We spent 2 days only unfortunately. We had an early check in and 2 hours late check out, hotel administration didn’t charge additional fee. Staff is very kind and attentive, they even took care of injured cat. Wealth of choice for food, intensive entertainment and wine and fruits on complimentary basis. We will definitely repeat our stay at Paloma with our whole family!

I have no negative findings. The hotel is almost perfect. The only thing to improve is the quality of the wi-fi connection.

I return to this hotel repeatedly. He never let me down.The breakfasts are great, a large selection (assortment). There is always enough food, great quality. Paloma Grida has one of the best beach bars with specialty drinks.

Although internet is available across the resort premises, the high number of guests and devices connected would make it sometimes challenging to ensure a « speedy » connection. I suggest increasing the capacity of the network.

I liked many things about Paloma Grida but the two outstanding things that really mesmerised me is how clean the property is at all times no matter the number of guests, no matter their location inside the property and no matter how messy they can be. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and always smiling making your trip really enjoyable.
